Traditionally, we make it with fish and seafood, but we can also prepare a vegetarian or meat version, depending on your preferences. My father settled here over 15 years ago to create what is now our home and our animals' home, which we call "Ca Tothom," meaning "The House of Everyone." The kitchen is located on the porch, and together with the garden, it creates an idyllic setting for cooking and sharing unforgettable moments.
