This was a fabulous experience. Well worth it! Very organized and delicious. Great owner and staff! Beautiful views!
The tour travel agent is of no use. Comes late. Body language is aggressive. Never book from Sandies Tour And Travels. Also isn’t Indian friendly. Won’t recommend this travel and tour for any Indian travellers. Viator should take a not of it.
A trip which was supposed to start by 11:30am started 45 mins late because the driver was sleeping in the car without bothering about being at the reception to welcome the guests. The contact number provided, no one picked up the calls inspite of multiple calls and messages. And when the driver was finally found out, rather than being apologetic, the driver and the tour guide (over call), both defended that we can fall asleep. Entire trip and the mood was screwed up. And we left it mid way as we weren’t comfortable travelling with them.
We were to start with Star Fish beach, but went to Jozani forest to pick up the tour guide and wasted a lot of time. Inspite of all the details discussed and agreed a day before. When we left from Jozani the tour guide, Abdul Razaq said due to high tide we can’t go to start fish beach now. I fail to understand why was this trip even planned and payment taken in advance from us. We left cheated and swore that we won’t book any tour travel without verification as Viator fails to do the basic filteration.
Loved this tour! The variety of stops—Starfish Beach, The Rock, Paje Beach, Jozani Forest, and Salaam Cave—made the day feel full and exciting. Our guide, Daniel, was the best—super sweet and made sure we saw everything we came for, especially swimming with the turtles, which was a priority for us. Definitely follow the recommendation to book The Rock in advance—great food and such a cool spot! We saw tons of fish and starfish while snorkeling, and the monkeys at Jozani were adorable. Highly recommend this tour!
Reliable company, the salam cave was amazing, the water is clear and the turtles are so pretty! It rained during much of the snorkeling part but it was still great! Note that you’re supposed to make a reservation at the Rock if you want to eat there. Luckily our guide was able to still get us a table! We also saw the monkeys just before the rain started again, what a treat!
The guide didn’t smile once, was incredibly quiet, and honestly quite unhelpful. In fact, there wasn’t much for him to guide anyway — just having a driver would have sufficed and saved us some money. He didn’t communicate the schedule properly, and we only ended up eating lunch at 3:30 PM after we asked if it was possible to stop, as he didn’t seem inclined to bring it up himself.
We did see monkeys and a mangrove, but the location felt strange. I noticed a sign on the left side of the road for the entrance to Jozani Forest, but instead, we turned right and stopped on a dusty road to take pictures of some monkeys there. It was odd, and it made me wonder what happened to the entrance fee for Jozani Forest, which was supposedly included in the tour. Into someone’s pocket, perhaps?
As for the snorkeling spot, it was disappointing, with almost nothing to see.
In the end, I wouldn’t have complained if the tour hadn’t been so expensive.
A fantastic day spent on this tour. Our guide Abdul was great, so friendly and knowledgeable, he let us do each activity at our own pace. Ali our driver made us feel very safe and the transport was very clean and comfortable. The starfish and monkeys were amazing as was the lunch at the Rock
Really great tour! We enjoyed our day with Abdul looking for monkeys, snorkeling in pristine waters, looking for starfish as well as a great lunch with a nice view. He was very well informed and made sure we got to do everything at our own pace. This is a great tour and highly recommended for those wanting to see 100s of starfish, a trip through the jungle & great snorkeling
We couldnt ask more of our guide Abdul. Super informative, really felt that we were looked after throughout the trip and didn’t want it to end. Very much recommend requesting him as your guide when booking. Cherry on top was that in a place where nobody rushes anywhere he was early to pick us up. Fantastic day!

Everything was memorable and worth doing. It was relaxing, invigorating and tiring all in one...absolutely loved it. Mcha was a wonderful guide...knowledge, patient and flexible.
The Rock Restaurant is a lovely spot but would be the only part that would not have been missed...for me, I found it to be too busy with limited space and the pasta meal was good, not incredible.
