CANCELLED (…just hours before tour)
I booked this speedboat tour weeks before our cruise stop in Zadar, Croatia. I received all the confirmations- even receiving text messages CONFIRMING the day of the excursion.
However, when my family of 5 arrived at the meeting place, the lady said there was NO record of our tour. We showed her: printed tickets, our Viator app confirmation and text messages with all of our confirmation numbers and payment. With the madness of hundreds of others trying to find their boat, she dismissed us and said, “You’ll have to contact Viator. I guess they cancelled it.”
When we FINALLY got a person of the phone, they said our reservation was cancelled due to ‘bad weather’… which was a JOKE considering the sun was blazing, not a cloud in site and the boating scene was in full swing.
Lots of other problems too, but I’m over-it. Do not book this tour.
Even if you DO get to go, 2/3 of our stops were NOT as described.

We took a tour with group of friends. It was a pleasent day on the sea. We brought some snack onboard and we had a chill afternoon. The skipper was very relaxed and friendly. We been advised where is the best place to leave the car for free. Basicly everything as described. Would definitly go again if we ever get back to Zadar. We got information about other tours and trips worth doing around here, so we are very happy.

A fun-filled day. During the cruise I met wonderful company. This is a great option for solo travelers to meet new friends. Other than that, the crew was very professional and helpful. I felt looked after from the moment I made the booking. I fully recommend it. Thank you.

Die Bootstour war super. Nur leider stimmt es nicht dass es ein behindertengerechter Zugang ist bzw. für Menschen die einen Rollstuhl brauchen nicht geeignet. So wie es in der Anzeige geschrieben wird. Ich habe davor telefoniert und sie haben mir versichert es ist kein Problem mit Menschen die einen Rollstuhl besitzen. Damit ist aber nur gemeint, wenn die Person selbständig ein und aussteigen kann und für weitere Strecken einen Rollstuhl braucht. Für Menschen die eine Lähmung in den Beinen haben bzw. schlecht zu Fuß sind, ist es nicht geeignet. Sonst war die Reise ok

Skyline von Zadar und Meeres-Qualität
Fahrt mit dem Boot war passabel. Zeiteinteilung war super.
Der zweite angesteuerte Hafen war schlecht, da das Erreichen des Strandes und Gang in das Meer zu schlecht waren. Direkt von Bod und anBord-Gehen wäre besser.
