We always use Viator when we travel, and have always been very pleased with the tours, but, this one was kind of disappointing! We did a self guided tour in Portugal that was very easy to use/follow, but we didn’t have the same experience with this one. It was hard to find the link to use, hard to find the starting point, and difficult to follow the map to the next stop. It seemed like there were SO many stopping points where we could have heard historical information, but those were not included. The stops we made were very informative, just wish there would have been more. I do have to say, at the beginning when I needed help with the link to start, the support help was very quick to respond! We look forward to our upcoming Viator tours..they are usually fantastic!
