. We were only in the city for a short time and wanted to see the highlights- this was the perfect way. Our guide was great we really liked the one on one , She was very informative, and receptive to what we wanted to see- and also a lovely person.

It was supposed to be a private tour but when we were picked up there was another couple already in the SUV. We need up sitting in a far back seat which was difficult to get in and out of and hard to hear the guide. Our tour started 40 minutes late because she had to pick the other couple up at the airport but we didn't find out about her being late until a few minutes before pick up and we had already checked out of our room so had to wait in the hotel lobby. The tour did last the 2 hours but it was all just quick drive bys and then she dropped us off at the airport for our flight which wasn't for another 4 hours and said she was taken the other couple back into the city center of Winnipeg to see more sites which we didn't et a choice of doing,

Hi , you messaged me stating later pick up the better i still have the text message. I was picking you two up first but you messaged me saying to pick up the other passengers at the airport. So pls don't lie, you called me saying to pick up other couple first. My tours are 10 to 12:30pm if your flight is at 5pm to 6 pm that's a you problem . You asked me to return you to the airport that early so I did what you requested now your writing a bad review for what ??? We had 4 stops each stop was 15 to 20 mins so pls dont lie. Its disappointing when some Karen's of world can make anybody happy so if you're not happy, then nobody else can be happy. . .

What a great way to experience Winnipeg! Four of us were visiting from the U.S. and knew very little about the city so the educational dialogue was informative and entertaining. My only regret was the fact we waited until the end of our visit to do the tour. We would have changed our itinerary a bit had we done this tour on day one.

Kylie, our guide was very knowledgeable and had interesting stories to share. She adjusted the tour to meet our interests. The vehicle was very comfortable allowing for good viewing. Stops were appropriate. We enjoyed the tour and came away with a favorable perspective of Winnipeg.

I guess the tour guide didn't check their calendar/had some viator fraud?/not sure what except we had a confirmed tour for a 10 AM pickup.. At 10:15 I called and left a message that we were waiting. They texted back apologies and could they do it at a later time. A later time would not work with our schedule so they issued a refund. Sorry we missed this tour, had really been looking forward to it, our first time in Winnipeg. So I can't really rate this tour, but this experience sucked, we had this planned for quite a while.
