Johann reached out to us a few days before our scheduled time to ask what we were most interested in and to find out what we may have already seen/did.
My husband and I met him and he was so nice! Johann knew the city and was wonderful about explaining certain buildings, etc. to us.
He was friendly and kind. He answered all of our questions without hesitation.
We would recommend everyone to take a tour like this.
