In the early evening, meet your local guide and small group of fellow food enthusiasts at the Crystal Lodge Lobby. Get acquainted with some of the hot spots on the agenda before setting off on progressive dinner tour.
Venues are subject to change, but you could start at the famous Barefoot Bistro, home to an impressive 15,000-bottle wine cellar. Learn the centuries-old French tradition of sabrage, where a sword is used to open a champagne bottle. Your excursion includes four full food courses. You’ll enjoy an array of delectable dishes made with regionally sourced ingredients.
Samples may include a creative amuse-bouche, local wild salmon, steak, and a cheese board. As you try innovative dishes, you’ll quickly understand how Whistler has earned its reputation as a popular food destination.
Your tour concludes in the evening, leaving plenty of time to have a nightcap and a bit more dessert.

I’d say this trip was one of the best we’ve ever done. I wasn’t initially keen, but I’m so glad we went. Our guide, Tristan, was incredibly knowledgeable and fun, while also giving us space and time to enjoy the amazing dining experience. It was a fantastic way to explore Whistler and sample some of the best restaurants the town has to offer.

The guide was a lovely local. The first stop was amazing deep in a wine cellar. The next was nice but the wine pairing was just wine of happy hour and not really paired, just provided. The main course was ok but not discussion of local influences and the guide was not at the table during the food. Last stop was great with live music but again under rated food , the ice Wine was good to try. Overall not worth the money.

We did not know what to expect and it far exceeded our expectations!! I though the choice of restaurants were excellent, loved that you could choose what you like and I would definitely recommend the wine paring. Our guide Luke was very knowledgeable of the area and its history. We play some fun games identifying wine and answering trivia questions. We met some couples from other parts of the world and enjoyed some great food and wine.

Excellent tour and definitely a must for all the foodies out there. We also paired drinks with our food. Luke our host was knowledgeable about whistler and the food and drinks we had. Sabering in barefoot bistro was a definite highlight. Also enjoyed the other restaurants we went to as we would never have had the opportunity to try them all. The Bearfoot Bistro, Hy’s Steakhouse, Quattro Italian Restaurant, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the Fire Rock Lounge were all awesome! We really enjoyed the appetizers & wine at the Barefoot Bistro and Hy’s Steakhouse. Our main course was at Quattro and it was so delicious!

Christine was lovely, very knowledgeable. Loved the guess the wine game that the IPA drinker got correct! All of the restaurant choices were lovely, couldn’t pick our favourite. Loved the champagne sabre experience. All in all, a lovely evening and good value. We added the wine package for $45 and we’re glad we did this.

We had a group of 6, which was perfect for chatting in the group. I attended solo. Our guide,Christine, was amazing. Super knowledgeable and fun. We had a guest with walking issues, so I recommend the site provide a warning about the amount of walking. Overall a great experience
