We had a fantastic e-bike tour with Pete! He was knowledgeable, gave a great intro on how to use the bikes, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident the whole way. The route was beautiful and well-paced for our skill level. Highly recommend! Also, he took amazing pictures!

Occasionally they forget it's been booked and the organisers and bikes don't turn up. After messaging the tour company they did call me and apologise unreservedly, explained they'd forgotten and did offer to run it later in the day.

We understand that being contacted on the day and offered a later time must have been upsetting, and we deeply regret that this fell short of the care you should have received. Please note this review was posted in September of last year, and we have already processed a refund for the incident. We are taking this matter seriously and will immediately improve our booking and staff management procedures to prevent a recurrence. I was the only person on this activity at the scheduled time. My guide was able to provide an extended tour of the area, seeing that I was an seasoned cyclist, . Much appreciated as this was my first time in Whistler!

It was nice bike ride with beautiful views. The tour guide made sure the we knew how to operate bikes before riding. He also took numerous pictures and then provided them to us.

We had a fantastic tour with Pete. He has brand new top of the line bikes. For amateur riders he is patient and gives lots of helpful tips. I am 69 and my husband is 72 and we loved every minute of the ride (Boost mode was helpful on hills). The ride itself is gorgeous and there were lots of great photo ops. A great way to tour Whistler. I highly recommend

A great way to capture the highlights of Whistler within a 2 hour time frame. Pete was a great informative guide and super bikes to ride. We even had to take a detour as a black bear was on the cycle path.
