This was an easy snowshoe hike on the Medicine Hat trail. Our guide, Ilona, was very knowledgeable and provided good information on the old growth forest. Unfortunately, there was a very little snow on our tour (2/16/26) so there was a little need for the snowshoes. But all in all, an enjoyable activity in a beautiful area of Whistler.

A beautiful experience. Walking through the Medicine Trail was breathtaking. To see the snow falls on the trees and how it created so many images, such angel wings, a dolphin, and so many other images that allowed your imagination to experience the beauty of nature. Our tour guides were amazing! Very informative in explaining different stops on the trail. Also very helpful with putting on the snowshoes and demonstrating how to maneuver around in them. This was important for first timers like myself. It was a good workout too with a few inclines but not strenuous. There were a lot of snow falling from trees which was cool to see but one was loud that fell within a few feet of trail, but thankfully the tour guides warned us of what could be and how to stay safe. I would recommend this tour for those who want to experience the snow in as nature intended.

Excellent guide- fun and not too difficult even for a beginner- still challenging enough to get some exercise in.

Immersion experience into the forest. You get a great concept of snowshoeing albeit the snow season was not that good this year. Some of the trails are well worn. Very lovely guides.

The sights and sounds we're so relaxing to take in. I also enjoyed learning about the flora around us. Mel is a great guide and it helps that she loves this stuff! I didn't expect to be able to walk on a frozen lake at this time of year, so that was a nice surprise. Mel's professional, fun and knows her stuff.

We had a chance of going while it was snowing, so the whole tour was spectacular. A walk trough a snowy forest with frozen lakes. The snowshoe walking can be tricky, but it's pretty easy to do.
