The local operator just...

The local operator just didn’t show up today to pick me up…they didn’t even notify me or Viator and simply can’t get through by call or message. This whole arrangement is ridiculous and never ever experienced by other tourist. Cancellation and refund is still pending without response from the operator. Horrible tour provider.
