I definitely recommend this walking ghost tour in Old Town Alexandria. Lisa was a great guide. She was knowledgeable and a wonderful presenter. Plus , she wore an authentic looking colonial dress even in 90+ degree weather! Because of the brick pavement , next time I would wear athletic laced shoes instead of my Birkenstock sandals. I also would bring bug spray because of the mosquitos I was glad I brought a water bottle with me .
Wonderful storytelling and walk through history! Engaging and fun! I wanted to go on another tour with their company.
Alexandria was wonderful, the tour war fun and informative but not very spooky. I recommend doing it after dark for better atmosphere.
I expect that old Cities with old houses have a lot of ghosts, like Savannah, St. Augustine, and New Orleans, or that the guide is not a storyteller (in my opinion). By the way, I enjoyed it because I took the tour after dinner, after that ice cream time.
The story teller was extraordinary. The tour was cool but she made it special.
The your was short and wet voy to see a bit more of Alexnadria Square Market.
Very engaging tour guide. Enjoyed the ghost stories.. Our tour even got a special treat when the owner of one of the houses we were walking by spontaneously invited us for a look inside his house from the 1700’s.
Very fun and informative, short guided walking tour of haunted spots in Old Town Alexandria. Our guide Emma, dressed in a fabulous period costume that she made herself (very impressive), was a great story teller. She made the hour long tour go by too quickly.
It was me and another couple.So it was perfect to have a little group. Seara was awsome very informative. We had a great tour.

Rachel is a fantastic story teller. We walked about Old Town Alexandria in a group of about 12 people. She kept a good pace in the hear and humidity. It was a very family friendly ghost tour.

Great fun way to see Alexandria from the paranormal side! Bryce was an enthusiastic guide with lots of knowledge. Would recommend booking as this is the only original tour group in Alexandria for ghost tours.

This tour was focused a little bit more on the paranormal than on history, but our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I believe this is the second tour I have done with the company. I personally lean a little more towards interest in history, but that’s personal preference. I always love old town Alexandria. I definitely recommend doing this after dark. It was great.

This was a fun way to see Old Alexandria, hear some great stories and view all the fun Halloween decorations. Our guide, Aslin, did a great job!
It was a fun experience, and not very expensive, but we didn't feel we learned much. There were maybe three stories total, and one was something that was 10 blocks away from our location. We were hoping for a bit more spookiness and history. Our guide was lovely, though, and clearly loved her job. There just wasn't enough information to keep us engaged.

Fun and informative. Less of a true ghost tour and more of a tour of scary stories. But you get to see a different side of the history of Old Town. Had a good time and would do the other tour they offer more towards north Old Town.

It was a nice walking path. However, the storytelling left more to be desired. Maybe it was the guides off day, but it felt boring at many moments.

Don’t buy ice cream before! They will give you vouchers for places around there lol. The tour itself was engaging and spooky for everyone in our group! I noticed one mom have to tell her son that the spirits wouldn’t get him. We were so taken by the stories on the route that we had to go back after the tour and scare ourselves some more with just the two of us calling for the ghosts and seeing if we could provoke them into a paranormal encounter. Our host was very personable and had deep roots with the town which added to the magic of his tales. It was very entertaining and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to learn ghostly history about the town of Alexandria!
