The guide/boat captain was very knowledgeable, and the boat was comfortable and brand new. Saw lots of birds... egrets, osprey, eagle, loons, cormorants, even a few pelicans.

Captain John does a good job finding the wildlife!
He found horses, dolphins, and birds.
The days was on the windy side, but still a great experience.

This customer never contacted our business and booked on a third party website, we had no dealings with this customer. They booked a tour and picked a terrible day! It was during a coastal storm with high winds and high tides and local flooding and they wonder why we canceled the tour? Well we believe that our customer safety is more important than making a few bucks on a tour. That is why we canceled and thank you for the nice rating, you gave us a three star rating for keeping your butt safe.
