From start to finish, the experience was extremely well-organized and professional. The team was punctual and clearly safety-conscious, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire flight. The pilot gave excellent explanations about the process, the landscape, and what to expect, which added a lot to the experience. The views were absolutely spectacular—truly unforgettable. Overview

We pick up travelers from any hotels, hostels or apartments in Vilnius City. Due to increased air traffic to Vilnius International Airport, balloon flights over Vilnius have been restricted recently. But they are still possible under particular circumstances and weather conditions. Flight over Trakai castle (transfer is included) works as our back up plan on the days, when the flights over Vilnius are not possible.

It was a memorable experience as it was my first time riding on a hot air balloon. The first hour, we were driving around trying to find a spot to embark but once the team found one, the balloon setup and embarkation was smooth. The view was breathtaking and we even spotted a few wildlife from the air (deers, rabbits). Be wary of the landing as it can get very bumpy fast and a bit scary. The end celebration for surviving the flight was nice!

An absolute MUST when in Vilnius

Had an incredible experience on the sunset hot air balloon ride, an absolute must when visiting Vilnius! The crew were punctual when picking us up from our accommodation, very clear in every step of the process and the pilot was amazing at giving us information when in the air! We did the Trakai ride and the views were INCREDIBLE. Such a great experience and the sharing a drink with the pilot afterwards was a nice touch. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to book on.

Delight flight

This was the best single event me and my girlfriend went to in Lithuania, in our short holiday. The crew of the balloon company where informative, professional and knew their stuff. Everyone from the driver to the pilot knew what was important and kept everything plain and simple. All of the other balloon goers were Lithuanian, but I didn't feel excluded as a tourist. The pilot was so good at his job, if he also flye aircrafts, I would hire him to fly all thing that I will be on which is airborne. The sights and experience were beautiful, and fun as a person who has never been flying in a balloon before. If there is one thing you need to do in Lituhania, it is to fly in a balloon with this crew!

A really fantastic experience with a smooth flight and outstanding views. Strongly recommend! Start and landing fields had lots (LOTS!) of mosquitoes. Apparently, that’s common in late August to September. Consider bringing bug spray.

We had a terrific time together as a family. The views over the Trakai castle were stunning. Our pilot was a top professional and the balloon and the equipment was top-notch. We were picked up from the hotel, from where we headed to the area of Trakai, where other balloons were also leaving. We flew for more than 1 hour. During the flight we were so close to the castle that we could almost "touch" it. Very recommendable.

A bit on the pricey side, but was a fun and beautiful activity. The crews work very efficiently to get the balloons up in the air. Our captain, David, was fun and friendly and interesting. We had wonderful weather and had amazing views. The winds were a little bit strong the day we flew and we therefore stayed aloft for an additional 30 minutes before we could land. It was amazing how fast the support truck got there to pick us up. We were back at our hotel by 9am!

Lovely experience, but problematic communication

Eventually I loved it, it was absolutely freaking amazing! I loved how we were part of the whole process, how the flights was so steady, and how we got our souvenir certificate and a glass of champagne. What I didn't like, is that when my initial scheduled activity got cancelled because of the wind, the company was very hard to communicate with regarding the rescheduling. When we agreed on a time and meeting point for the flight, they never responded on how I'd recognize the representative of the company that would come to collect me. This had as a result for us to stand back to back at the meeting spot among others for a while, without recognizing each other. When we finally met, the driver lead me to a jeep, and since I was expecting to meet more people inside, I didn't check the driver's plates. I had been asking about them from the day before, and since the company avoided sharing those, it felt really uncomfortable in the car, as it seemed like a potential sketchy thing - I had no way to be sure that the guy was my actual driver, and we'll, you can never know. Maybe they'll fix it in the future, as the flying experience was just amazing!

The hot air balloon flight that I took in June 2023 was in my top 3 favorite travel experiences of all time. The company was easy to work with and communicative. Our flight was delayed two days because of winds and they were great at communicating about the cancellations and reschedule. During this experience, you get to see the whole process of putting the balloon together at the Vilnius park and them packing it all back up again at the end when you land. It is such a smooth ride - you wouldn't know you were ascending, descending, or moving unless you look. It feels like you are floating in a quiet space. The views were STUNNING and seeing multiple balloons around was breathtaking. Our pilot was super friendly and taught us things along the way. Flying with this company is an absolutely a must do for anyone in Vilnius (or anyone that is looking for a fantastic experience!)

We originally booked a balloon flight from Old Town Vilnius, but the day before we were asked if we'd like to reschedule to a trip over Trakai. They offered us transport from Trakai back to Vilnius, so this worked well for us. I went with my mother (68) and she really enjoyed it. Beautiful balloon, very safe experience.

Great experience. Our original date wasn’t possible because of the weather but they kept in contact with us and we transferred to the next possible slot. Pick up from hotel was on time. Friendly staff. Pilot was great and talked us through the flight. Landed safe and sound and transported back to the hotel. One more thing of the bucket list.
