Great half day tour! A few hours away from the city were great. Very nice guide, comfy van, enough time in each spot. Places were really interesting. Weather was terrible but we enjoyed it very much anyway because of the guide. Do it!

This tour started with an on-time pick up from our hotel. Our tour guide, Andrew, greeted us warmly with a smile & proceeds to take us on an informative & dialogic historical journey of Lithuania with stops on a Jewish ghetto en route to Ponary Park, Hill of Angels & beautiful Trakai Castle. He answered our questions very well & gave clear, detailed instructions. His lunch suggestion was right on the money.

We got lucky, since there were no other people in the group so it was 2 people tour for us.
We had a great tour to Paneriai memorial and Trakai. Our guide Adomas was very experienced and answered all our questions. He has been living in Lithuania for many years.
We have seen parts of old town as well. Car & driving were comfortable and we had some free time in Trakai. Thanks for this tour!

Good and well informative trip - within decent time too as we were able to still explore Vilnius a little more when we got back.
If we spent longer in trakai then would have had the chance to relax by the lake and take a boat ride.

Originally I was mostly interested in Trakai castle, due to recomendations in the Internet. I did enjoy the visit a lot.
Our guide proofed combining the Tour with the topic of jewish history in Vilius and the Holocaust in the 1940th here, is a topic that is more than worth being mentioned on the ride there.
Very good knowledge of our guide and I felt very welcome.

A great experience. My tour guide Andrew picked me up from my hotel, took me to the site of the Vilnius Ghetto, followed by the Paneriai Memorial Park, finishing with Trakai Town and its spectacular castle. Friendly and well-versed in Lithuanian history, Andrew made each location come to life. Great value for money – would very much recommend for those travelling solo.

I really enjoyed this tour. I was on a private tour by myself. My guide Andrus was great, very knowledgeable and his English was perfect. I learned a lot about Lithuanian history from him.
Trakai castle is a stunning site, definitely a must do when you are in Vilnius.

This was one of the best tours we have ever had. Inga is a great tour guide and she has in depth knowledge of everything history. Highly recommende! A really enjoyable tour in the Lithuanian nature.
We started with the haulocaust memorial of Paneriai (which was a bit frustrating but this is a part of the history and something that we all have to know) and then we were taken to Trakai castle. A really nice site by the lake, the "trade mark" of Lithuania. Don't miss the chance to have a half day off Vilnius, you ll see a part of the country that is really fascinating!
We had Inga as our guide whose devotion to her job, her love for the place and her proffesionalism made this excursion, something to remember! Thank you!

This tour was amazing!.Supposed to be a small group, but turned out it was only me. Inga, my tour guide was really wonderful and explained lots of stuff that I did not know. She explained the Jewish heritage in Vilnius then at the Paneriai Memorial Park. She answered my questions and we had good conversation about Lithuania's history afterward. Trakai Castle is really beautiful place surrounding by frozen lake and Inga amazingly explained the history of the castle. I highly recommend this tour to anyone that visit Vilnius!!!

Excellent tour which took in the Jewish heritage of
Vilnius firstly. The trip to Panerirai was moving and
was well explained. The trip to Trakai was the highlight with a full tour of the castle and an explanation of each room. The final stop was tasting some of the most amazing Kibinai.

This trip to Paneriai and Trakai Castle was great. As advertised small- group, there were only four of us, which was great and allowed us to take our time. The tour was full of history and our guide was very knowledgeable. As we walked around Paneriai she gave us such details that allowed you to imagine the pain and horror that took place in such a beautiful park. Trakai Castle was beautiful as well. Our guide described things in the museum that I probably would have missed if by myself. We were also given time to try the local pastries which were very yummy and I recommend them. I would recommend this tour to my friends for sure...it is a good way to explore more than Vilnius on your Lithuanian get away.
