Although it rained a bit before, we were very fortunate the skies cleaer up in time and wind conditions allowed the balloon to lift off. The 30-40mins ride was amazing as we floated around Vang Vieng and over the river. The operator was very skillful with the balloon and shared with us interesting lplaces looking down from above. Overall, we took a lot of high quality pictures, had great fun and memories from the trip.

This air balloon experience was priceless though we had to wait for some joiners from the other agency who came in late. The pilot seemed new and not yet so experienced since we had a rough landing & he seemed to have a hard time raising d balloon again from the rice field . We didnt reach so far compared to the other balloons but probably the pilot had a reason. Overall,it was an unforgettable experience..

We were obviously unlucky because our hot air balloon could not rise like the others: we could see all the others much higher and impossible to climb with ours! In addition, we almost did not travel but did more or less on the spot: we were circling on a very small perimeter In short, we took hot air balloons in Burma, Turkey... and we have never known such a bad experience! The pilot (who spoke French), to whom we expressed our enormous disappointment on the return, agreed perfectly with our observation. He admitted that it was a "missed" flight: I think you can question him before he forgets this incident! There were three of us, so we paid 450 euros and unfortunately it was worthless. So much so that I appeal to the organisers (I do not want to know what is the responsibility of each one) to reimburse us to the extent that you consider suitable for such a failed service. I wish I could communicate on social media that you are at least an honest company that knows how to recognize its shortcomings.
