Saka was a wonderful guide, friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. I wasn’t feeling well so we were able to adjust some of our plans to accommodate which I was grateful for. Would recommend to anyone who wishes to see the tourist spots in Ubud.

Excellent experience. Mountain tour guide led us up safely. Driver to the mountain was very friendly. Led us to the event safely in the early morning. Also took us to other place after the hot springs. Brilliant

Such an awesome experience! Early wake up was well worth it for the view and the tour guides knowledge and hospitality. Our hiking guide went above and beyond in helping us get to the top and back down! Arta, our driver, promptly picked us up at 1:15am to get to Mt Batur on time, was waiting for us at the bottom and then took us to the Hot Springs and to the coffee plantation, then all the way back to Seminyak, all with a smile while we snuck a nap in the back seat!

The entire experience was awesome. There’s a huge trust factor here, our driver (Kupit) was awesome but he picked us up at 2am, and drove us an hour and a half to the base of Mount Batur. We then hiked a steep, but doable, mountain at 2:30 in the morning with headlights and walking sticks (you’re going to want the hiking sticks.) Everyone involved is great and we felt perfectly safe the whole time. The view of the sunrise from the top is one of the best views I’ve seen. They also cook you breakfast using the steam from the volcano. From there we went to the hot springs which was nice after the hike. From there we finished the day drinking coffee at a local coffee farm. We were back at the hotel around 1pm.
