It was torrential rain the morning of this activity. The tour operator would not let us cancel on the day. We just drove through mud. The buggy broke down numerous times. This was the biggest waste of money and time. It would have been better to have not booked through Viator as you can cancel if the weather is bad.

Although it wasn't raining when you message us, it did rain upon your arrival at our buggy ride location. Our staff offered you the option to wait until the rain stopped or proceed with the activity, and you chose to do the buggy ride despite the rain, while other guests were also riding. Please note that the buggy ride involves traversing a river with muddy conditions.

Our drivers name was Wayan! He was a genuine Balinese man who tried to help whenever he could! 10/10 for the whole experience! The UTV experience itself was excellent! So much fun and very enjoyable! Only thing I would say is bring glasses or sunglasses of some sort, as the mud and water will get in your eyes, which is not fun!! 10/10
