A lovely trip with the Jet Ski. They were running an hour behind schedule when we arrived but the staff were apologetic and this was due to an earlier fuelling issue which was unforeseen. They were very grateful for our patience and understanding. The tour was great fun and we felt safe throughout. The operation of the Jet Ski is very simple and nothing for anyone to worry about. Only thing to note when booking as it wasn’t obvious to me - if you are booking for yourself and your child, you don’t pay for the child. Pay for one adult only and the child goes on the back at no cost. Fortunately my partner was there who could use the second slot we had booked but I wasn't aware when I booked! The photos were great and sent across immediately. As you can’t really take any photos yourself whilst you are out there, €15 to have them sent to you via WhatsApp is great considering they could charge a fortune to print them there and then and frame/key ring them.

Do not book this trip at Viator. They are overpricing it, and the price guarantee is just a scam! In my case they charged me over 400€ and the price at the operator was 250€. Book directly at the operator to save money and have a good trip!

Estimada clienta. La educación tambien está en no insultar y lo que esta haciendo con su critica, lejos de que sea constructiva, es insultar sin razón. Nosotros hablamos con mucho respeto a todos nuestros clientes. Lo que queremos siempre es que se desarrollen las excursiones con la máxima seguridad. Pues las motos de agua son vehiculos muy rapidos que pueden causar accidentes muy graves. En el caso de no cumplir con las normas que se le explican al principio de la excursión, tenemos que decirselo, pues se pone en peligro usted y todos los que van en excursión.
