Overview

Admire the Bay of Plenty from a different angle as you freefall from 15,000 feet (4,570 meters) in the air. Feel confident on this tandem skydive as you’ll fall with an instructor, who takes the lead and offers personalized guidance. Enjoy bird’s-eye views of local landmarks, from Maunganui and White Island to the Rotorua Lakes, Mt. Ruapehu and, if the visibility’s good, even Mt. Taranaki in the distance.
  • Skydiving flights leave Tauranga Airport on the hour, so pick a time
  • Make your own way to the meeting point at the airport
  • Ideal for first-time skydivers or anyone who has tried it before
  • Jump with confidence after a thorough briefing

Freefalling was great

Everything was well organized and fun. People were very friendly and answered any questions we had. Freefalling was great and didn't feel any jerk when the parachute opened.
