Didn’t turn up so not sure this is a real company. Hotel tried phoning and messaging multiple times but nothing. No response on the app.

I did this tour with the guide Dildora and driver Ibrahim. Both are very kind people. Dildora is cheerful and very informative, she took me to all the beautiful and historic landmarks listed in the itinerary. Since the Ensemble Hazrati Imam is now closed by the Government, she took me to State Museum of Temurids (Amir Timur Museum) where I happily paid for the admission fee.
Dildora also took me through the beautiful metro stations of Tashkent from the Soviet era.
I had a delicious Plov lunch with Dildora and Ibrahim at Besh Qozon resturant.
The hotel pickup and drop was good.
I highly recommend this tour.

We did this tour with our guide (Dildora) and driver (Ibrahim). Both are very kind and friendly people. The tour itself was well paced, taking in a great mix of locations (markets, museums, squares, mosques). A big thank you must go to Dildora for making the experience both fun and engaging, with just the right amount of info. The plov lunch was superb. We highly recommend this tour. Andrew & Claire (UK).

My guide, Dildora, and driver, Ibrahim, made the day so wonderful. I am a solo traveler, and they were talkative, informative and fun! Indeed, the tour was a full day, from 9h to 16h. The itinerary included visits to the Amir Temur Museum and the Minor Mosque; however, they weren’t actually included. Dildora was extremely kind and incorporated the Amir Temur Museum into the itinerary ad hoc. The plov lunch was delicious and Chorsu Bazaar was fun. Dildora and Ibrahim definitely made the experience worth it and not like a regular tour!

This felt like a complete tour of Tashkent and since we have only 2 1/2 days here it was perfect for us! Dildora was our guide and she was wonderful. She has a wealth of knowledge and obviously loves to share it with guests of her country. It was also so interesting to learn about her family and their culture and their lives in Uzbekistan! She was the perfect companion at the Chorsu bazaar - explaining everything and even helping us haggle! And do not miss the opportunity to go to the Plov restaurant- we were blown away - and it was sooooo delicious. Without a local guide that experience would have been confusing and we might have been too intimated to try it! She shared with us so much history and details about the Uzbek culture, of which she is clearly and rightfully very proud - we highly recommend this tour!

Tashkent is beaitiful city and it has so much to show to the visitors.This tour enable us to see part of history, culture, life in Tashkent. Our guide Dora was very kind and supportive, the driver very punctual and kind as well.
I recommend this tour to peaple who have limmitied time and want to see most of the city in one day.

Ruslan was a great guide … he has all the information and knowledge and was patient and kind. It was raining and cold that day and we still covered it all mainly due to his enthusiasm and flexibility.

We were picked up by Ali, our driver and guide. He took us to all the importante places and explained about the history and culture of Tashkent. He had great attitude even though it was raining the whole day and didn’t mind getting wet with us in all the places we visited. One of the museums we were supposed to visit was closed and he was kind enough to take us to another really cool museum. Should definitely book this tour if you want to get to know Tashkent in one day.

The rating is because of my overall experience. This is to also clarify that my guide, Lucky, deserves a higher rating.
Apparently there are two people who manage this agency, Islam and Ibrahim. It seems that Islam was the first one I contacted and even though I confirmed the tour with him the day before, I waited till 10:30 am before I could start my 9 tour. The driver never showed up and I reached out to him as he said he’d update me right after calling the driver… he never got back to me!
One hour later I escalate to Viator and they email the agency which, luckily at that point, had Ibrahim to handle the situation. He called, apologized, and sent Lucky and the driver after 30 minutes. So as you book, make sure you’re connected with Ibrahim, not the other careless dude.
Moving on to the guide, she is a very pleasant and passionate guide who knows Tashkent inside out. She was super patient with me as I spent a lot of time in the bazaar, and she explained a lot about the culture. I would easily recommend her to anyone interested in a lively, honest, and detailed explanation about the Uzbek culture. Thanks, Ibrahim & Lucky! 🙏🏽

It's a great city. A lot to learn and see. We had a good time. Highlight was the fun lunch! Delicious food and our guide was kind to get me couple of chilli peppers to satisfy my spice needs. Ayran made by a local vender was brilliant. Freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, Yum! We also did some shopping, which was great. And our guide helped us with negotiating and we much appreciated that!
But 2 things that should be improved
1. The time suggested at the tour booking was 6-7 hours. But, it went all day leaving us no evening! Just knowing more accurately the time expectation will help us plan our evenings better.
2. We were dropped off for a coffee at a restaurant with a waterfall. Beautiful place. But we ended up spending way too much time over there as we couldn't find our guide. Finally one of us went upstairs and found our guide in the car waiting for us. Proper instructions before leaving us down to ask us to come back to the car would have saved us time on an already longer than expected day.

This is a great tour, highly recommend. It is a very efficient way to hit all the highlights of Tashkent. Because it was a Monday we adjusted the itinerary to make up for the Museum being closed. Wonderful!

We were just two solo travellers. Ziyad was our tour guide cum chauffeur . He was very knowledgeable about the city and took good care of us. He also took us to Besh Qozon for a Plov lunch. All in all a good experience

Private tour with guide Abror. I enjoyed it very much and Abror was very knowledgable with great English. Abror also covered some really cool extra places (inner city waterfall) and even diverted to 1-2 special places asked by me (housing mosaics at Navruz park). Abror also makes sure you get reasonable prices while shopping because he knows many vendors. Not much haggling needed. Lunch at Besh Qozon simply world-class.
Cherry on top was that Abror even offered to pick me up the next day to take me to shopping places while he made tour with new guest. When the other guest couldn't make the tour because of illness, Abror voluntarily (and without ask of any pay) accompanied me for another 2-3 hours during shopping, helping me get the best prices.👌 Thank you, much appreciated!
Only drawdown is the meagre communication from the tourist agency. Don't expect any messages after you booked, simply wait for your driver at pick-up point/time. This has been much better handled at other tour agencies in Caucasus/Central Asia and really confused me at first.

My tour guide was Murod & was with few other tourists.
Murod was very knowledge & helped us all understand anything we needed information on. Murod took us to the food bazaar to many memorials.
The best was the lunch 😋. Murod got us traditional plov & really looked after us.
I would highly recommend having Murod as your tour guide 😊
