We had an amazing guide! Mir Said showed us Tashkent in a very calm, and informative manner. He was such a sweet, intelligent, pleasant and professional young man. His English was perfect and he gave a great tour with historical background and appropriate commentary about Uzbekistan and Tashkent. We are headed to Samarkand and Bukhara and I wish I could take him along as my private guide to all the cities.
Just a side note- silk tours needs to be more forthcoming about what a private A/c car means. Our guide made everything so seamless and was so good that we couldn’t find fault with anything, however, silk tours needs to be more accessible and communicative.

I had a wonderful experience exploring Tashkent with Nuriddin as my guide. He has deep knowledge about history and explained everything with great clarity, making the city’s rich culture come alive. He took me to all the historical and important places in the city including metro ride. His fluent English made communication very smooth and easy throughout the trip. Always kind, patient, and helpful, he went above and beyond to make my journey comfortable — even helping me book my bullet train tickets, which was such a relief as a traveler.
The only drawback was that the tour felt a bit expensive, as I had to pay the rate for a minimum of two people even though I was traveling solo, and the car was not provided by the company — instead, Nuriddin booked Yandex. In my view, such bookings should not be taken by the company if a proper car arrangement is not available.
That said, Nuriddin’s warm personality, professionalism, and dedication made the day truly enjoyable, and I still highly recommend him to anyone visiting Tashkent.

We had an amazing time with our tour guide, Dilmurat! His deep knowledge of Uzbek history and culture brought the city to life in ways no guidebook could.
What impressed me most was his genuine passion for sharing his heritage and his ability to personalize our tour based on our interests. He showed us the traditional musical instruments and cooking supply stores, which were very interesting as well!
His perfect English and warm personality made exploring Tashkent not just educational but deeply enjoyable. We highly recommend Dilmurat and this tour company, and we hope to visit Uzbekistan again!

Hi , did initially have a little trouble connecting with the agency , but the Viator guys got it touch with them and after that everything went like clock work … we were lucky to get “ lucky “ as our guide .., she was super helpful , and went out of her way to show as much as we could , including taking us on the metro to show us the station and the main monuments had the market … would def recommend taking this tour if you had a day in Tashkent and want to get in as much as possible … thank u lucky once again …loved the trip

Great guide and Driver. Since we had done a few sights the previous day and since we were private, the guide was siper flexible in changing our itinerary and hit every point we desired.
