I am a seasoned traveller and follow certain practices as expected. I excepted the driver to communicate with me beforehand, it’s my responsibility to keep the driver informed of my flight status, my timing once I arrived the destination (such as I passed the immigration, picking up luggage, etc). I expect the pickup to be smooth with no hiccups if everyone does his/her job. I did my part as always but I didn’t see the driver waiting for me at the exit. I contacted the agency (not the driver himself), the agency didn’t know where I was going and got confused to drop me off or picking me up from the hotel vs. airport. The agency did find a driver in 10 minutes but he failed to tell me where to meet the driver. Just giving me the driver’s license plate and the type of car he drove didn’t help me at all. It would operate much smoother if I communicated with the driver directly (like other agencies do), the agency acted like they completely forgot about my order (even though I fully paid the order two days prior) and tried to find a driver at last minute, a poorly managed the situation. I was late for my team meeting due to this airport transport issue. I would be better off by taking a taxi instead.

It was good. Driver was at airport to pick up. Needed to connect to WiFi to message. It might be even easier if the driver is standing inside arrivals with a sign with name on it

Do not book this service.
They never reached out to me to confirm details, I finally had to do so the day before. On the day of, they completely ghosted me. No word from the driver, and I was stranded at Tashkent airport. I took a private taxi to my hotel.
I learned HOURS later that the driver couldn’t make it that day from the manager. They offered me a free ride back to the airport at the end of my trip, which I of course did not want, I just wanted a refund. Although this happened two weeks ago, the refund has yet to go through, so I was left stranded AND I now have to fight for my money back.
Not worth the hassle at all.

Waited 1 hour for the driver to arrive even after re-confirming my flight arrival. The driver did not answer my many calls. They did respond via WhatsApp but sparingly. Apparently they had to send another driver after the original one never responded to them. I would suggest to just get a cab at the airport. There were plenty of them harassing/offering to give me a ride and they spoke English. Also the price at the airport was 1/4 of the price of this company.

This was a horrible experience and Viator was a total failure in providing support. I booked this airport pick up. But there was no where for me to add my flight arrival details. After repeated outreach to the vendor they finally acknowledged my information. But no where in the booking or confirmation was there any instruction on what to do once I arrived.
Viator was horrible and simply repeated what was written on the booking confirmation as if I dont know how to read! Ultimately, I arrived in the middle of the night and despite receiving confirmation from the vendor (eventually while I was already in flight) that they would pick me up - no one came to pick me up!!! It was crowded and Viator (yet again) was useless. Finally after repeated calls (all the initial calls for nearly 30 minutes or more by me and Viator went unanswered) they apologized said they dont know what happened to the driver! They then sent someone - which I had to wait another 30-40 minutes.

Confusion. Language barrier and not being able to understand the driver who I thought I was communicating with, I was not. I was communicating wth a middle person. Very confusing. WHen I come back for business next month, I iwll not be using this service.

This pick up service should be avoided at any cost.
Used this operator twice at Tashkent Airport (Terminal 2 and 3 respectively).
1. the driver was late for more than 10mn in both cases.
2. the driver did not bother waiting with a name card at the exit gate but he stayed in the car in both cases
3. the local operator's instruction on the pick up point is not clear at all.
In a nutshell, not only you have to wait for the driver, you have to look for your car to be picked up.......unheard of anywhere on earth.

I ended up having an unforseen 4 hour delay prior to arriving to Tashkent and the company monitored the flight and was there on time. I met my driver on the meetup area outside the airport. Driver stayed in contact the entire time via WhatsApp so the process was a breeze. Recommended for transports in Tashkent.

Driver was late. He was supposed to be waiting for me at the custom exit with a sign bearing my name. Tried to look for him all over the place for 15 minutes before he finally showed up with no sign. Bad experience, defeating the purpose of a hassle free pickup in an unfamiliar airport out in the open area and drizzling.

We booked this transfer to Tashkent airport for our return flight to the US. Everything about the transfer was excellent. A brand new BYD electric vehicle (VERY nice), and when we arrived at the airport, Ibrahim walked us personally through a VIP entrance and straight to the check-in line for our flight. SUCH personalized service: I was amazed.

I would definitely recommend Ali and his transport company. The personalized attention I received as a solo traveler was amazing. I booked Ali for both the airport pick up and drop off and he was definitely on time! I was also very touched when he assisted me with my heavy luggage all the way to the check in counter - he truly went above and beyond what a normal transport company would provide.

Driver was not waiting at the airport. We had to call and had to wait for a long time. They did not apologized but just coming up excuses re traffic, etc. we arrived in the evening and were not comfortable about being approached by many other drivers while we were waiting.

A great pick up service. They asked my arrival information a couple of days before in WhatsApp and I sent it through. Someone was there waiting for us in a lovely car and transported us to the hotel without any problem.
