In the past the driver was always in touch within the hour of pickup. Didn’t hear, couldn’t find him, was not located within the pickup area.

Taxi did not show up at scheduled 9:00 am. When texted and emailed the contact number no answer. Found a contact number and called the company said that our time was up and the driver had left. There was never a taxi to pick us up and we asked & made sure we walked up to each driver to check. The agent was very argumentative and told me he wasn’t going to send anyone to pick us up and that we would be charged the $339.00 fare! A few minutes later I received a text from a driver and he said that he would be coming to pick us up and that he had a problem. We waited another 1:15 minutes for him to arrive. We were delayed 2 1/2 hours for this transfer.

Not reliabe. I paid over $300 for a lexus private transfer to Barcelona I let them know by email twiice that we needed a larger vehicle for 6 pieces of luggage. I also communicated my concern to Viator that they never responded tio my email. The day of disembarkment they showed up with a small taxi and woulnt even try to fit our things in, They said they didnt speak english and walked away. I called Vistor and they said they would refund my money but they couldnt provide new transpirtatio. So here I an stuck at the terminal with my elderly mother. I had to call a taxi company that managed to fit our luggage in with very tight seating. Very dissatisfied with both Viator snd this falsely advertised luxuary vehicle that was supposed to be stress freepp

The transfer could not accommodate 4 passengers with luggage. Only two passengers were transported to the airport and the two others had to find other transportation

Everything worked smoothly, Our driver, Gustavo, was even a little early to pick us up at the Tarragona cruise terminal which was just perfect. He was very friendly and drove an immaculate and comfortable taxi with plenty of room for us and our luggage. We even booked him for our transfer to the airport.
