The whole day was wonderful. Our small group of 9, despite our different languages, helped each other out with selfies, and had fun together. Our guide Rashid was phenomenal. He has been a tour guild for 40 years, and seemed to know everyone along the way. He shared interesting information all day long, and watched out for us. Lunch was delicious, relaxing and accompanied by traditional musicians. We stayed as a group most of the day, and then had a little while to explore the market on our own, but we only broke into two groups to walk about. As a solo female traveller, I appreciated being able to tag along with one of the groups, although Rashid had offered to walk with me

Terrible experience. There were way too many people on the tour for one guide and we weren’t able to hear anything. We purchased a camel upgrade and it wasn’t even mentioned during the tour. The lunch that was supposed to be included brought us beverages without telling us that we had to pay extra for drinks. It was over 45 euro for drinks. We ended up leaving early because it was so bad. Our guide was very kind but he needed additional support with a group that large.

Great adventure filled with highlights of Tangier. Tour guide spoke good English and took good care of us. A little more time at cape spartel and Hercules caves would have been good.

Love the your, but they cut our tour by 2 hours because they changed the ferry ride. The ferry finally left at 1200 and we had to be back by 5:00 to catch the 6:00 ferry. It was rushed.
The your guides were great, good information, but because we weee rushed on time we didn’t get to spend a lot of time at our stops.

Not what is fully advertised. We were frustrated from the beginning as the tour operator changed times of the tour claiming the ferry to Tangier did not go at the scheduled time. We found out later that was not true. When we got to the Tarifa Port, the tour operator was unorganized and made everyone stand in line twice and was going back and forth between the lines and the ticket box. We saw other tour guides exhibiting much more efficiency. Then we picked the tour that was on a “minibus”. The tour we went on was on a full size tour bus with at least 60 people in our group. The tour guide in Tangier was knowledgeable. However our tour was to be in English and while some of it was, the English portion only got about 25% of what was provided in Spanish. The tour guide was rushing us from place to place and everything felt very hurried. We didn’t feel like we really got to see anything except the vendors the tour guide clearly had a relationship with and took us to buy things. Lunch was actually very nice.

The advantage of having a guide is not lose the way in the small streets of Tanger but the inconvenient is that he took us to commercial places under the name of "artisanat" or to the most touristic restaurant of the city.

It was a very busy day. Quite unorganized. I would not do it anymore. Way to expensive for what we got.
The guide in Morocco "Raschid" was very good, helpful and friendly though.

Chaos from the time we arrived until we finished. Waiting for the bus, it was not in place. when the bus came, it was just quick out and quick in from the sights. When we had to shop, we had 30 minutes at our disposal.
Departure was set for 09.00, but was moved the day before to 12.00. So the trip was 3 hours shorter than what we paid for.
Incredibly bad arrangement. Do not recommend this to anyone.

Disappointing to be told our trip , due to meet at 9am was changed to 11am. At the ferry terminal we were told that this trip is often changed to 11 am 🤷♀️ Nevertheless we had a great time . Rachid was an entertaining guide . Some points which can be improved : Hercules Caves was a bit of a sham as were just taken to the entry area. Looked like the cave went deeper but our tour did not include this. The time spent in the “Pharmacy” for the sale of oils /cosmetics , although interesting at the start went on for too long ! All in all it was a good day 😀

Rachid was one of the best guides I’ve had on a quick tour like this. Informative and kept the tour lively and moving. Well organized. Five stars for Rachid. Tour could have skipped the Hercules cave in my opinion and left time to browse at a few shops for souvenirs instead. Otherwise a very good tour of this type.

The true highlight of the experience was the guide. Rashid, at 65 years old brings a ton of energy and joy to the group and is always attentive, entertaining and informative. Expect a “highlight” kind of trip as it is a bit rushed but I doubt there’s much more to see in Tangir. The lunch is mediocre at best and I’m sure there are better places to eat so consider asking the guide if you can skip lunch and the Madina tour and wonder on your own to meet the group later at the port.

Unfortunately the port was closed and we were unable to visit Tangiers. I did appreciate the tour guide trying to contact me about the cancelled tour. However other options should have been provided given that we traveled over 3000 miles to visit Spain and Morocco!

Guide was fun and informative, looked after us very well. There was less pushy sales pitch in natural medicine and textiles but that part was still too long. And there needs to be a couple of shortish stops in the kasbah at souvenir stalls.

La grotte d’hercule, sur la photo, c’était la grosse grotte, mais c’est la petite qui était dans le forfait! La visite interminable de la boutique d’épices et de produits pour l’esthétique ! Une journée où le temps était étiré…temps libre …juste pour dire que c’était une sortie de plusieurs heures! Vraiment je ne la recommanderai pas.

Sehr unpersönlich Führung. Waren leider die einzig englisch sprachlichen Teilnehmer. Wurde viel gar nicht aus dem spanischen Übersetzt. Wurden durch die Stopps gejagt. Essen Massenabfertigung. Einzig in den Geschäften wo der Führer seinen Anteil bekam, war genügend Zeit. Schade ums Geld .

Fue una buena experiencia, Rashid fue un guía muy amable. Pero no nos explicaron muchos detalles sobre la cultura, la visita fue mucho más para hacer compras. Tampoco visitamos ningún palacio o construcción emblemática en Tánger. Esperaba más del tour.
