The whole process was perfectly straight forward and effortless. Christian met us at arrivals, helped take our luggage to the car and knew just where we were going.
On the way to the hotel Christian was friendly and knowledgeable and his English was flawless which made the whole transfer simple - he even made sure that we could check into our Airbnb at the other end before leaving.
