It was fun with the Waterfall and the hike, but there were things inferred like seeing Big cats, jaguars and hot springs/ mud baths that were not included.

We had an amazing trip from Samara to La Leona Waterfall! Wilmar was a fantastic driver and guide, picking us up right from Samara and sharing tons of local knowledge along the way. He was easy to communicate with and he arrived at the pickup location early. He also advised that we go as early as possible, which was spot on - we were the first at the waterfall and avoided the crowds! The experience was totally worth it, and Wilmar’s guidance and friendliness made it even better. Highly recommend!

My husband and I booked this excursion last minute and we are glad we did! Our driver/guide was super knowledgeable on Costa Rican history and made for a fun drive to the activities. He helped navigate us from one activity to the next and La Leona waterfall is a Costa Rican must-do! It is DEFINITELY a challenging hike (we wondered if our parents would have made it) only because of the rocky terrain (ability to balance is crucial) but there were plenty of people (and kids) making it work as long as you are willing to take your time. We definitely recommend!

This is a very extensive and hard Hike. My wife actually had trouble the good news is the guides are very helpful and understanding. If you are not in shape do not go on this tour.
