Great tour guide! Ian is super chill and very knowledgeable. We had the best time on this trip and really enjoyed each of the breweries. We look forward to coming back and trying the kayak excursion that he offers.

Fantastic Craft Beer Tour!! Ian and Patsy were the perfect hosts for this tour that encompassed three very different breweries near our base in Playa Hermosa. We (tour was just for my wife and I) got to try around 12 beers, and also some excellent cider and chilliguaro, and Monkey Head brewery in particular was like no brewery/taproom I'd visited before! Communications were also excellent, the transport was awesome, and the hosts just so friendly and informative. I would highly recommend

Our craft brewery tour was amazing! We toured 3 breweries, learned about the local brewing process and much more. Our guide, Ian, was absolutely the best! During our drive, Ian shared a ton of information about Costa Rica - it was well beyond a craft brewery tour! Our group of 4 were so happy we did the tour and Ian made it well worth our time. We highly recommend this tour!

If you like craft beer, this is the tour for you. We visited three microbreweries (Nūmu, Monkey Head, and Potrero) from the very modern to the very rustic. The offerings covered a variety of styles from sours and ciders to a very good vanilla stout. I thought the beer was fantastic at all three places, and the cost was worth the experience.
I was concerned my wife and my friend's wife would not enjoy the experience, but our tour guide, Ian Jimenez, made that impossible. He was so knowledgeable and engaging and made a huge effort to to ensure everyone in the group had a great time. He allowed us to take photographs of a troop of Howler Monkeys between stops and stopped at an awesome spot on the way back to our resort to take sunset photos. Thanks Ian! You made the experience so much better.

This craft beer tour was truly the highlight of our time in Costa Rica! Ian and Patsy were fantastic guides - personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They were exactly the kind of guides that you hope for and their vibe made the day both engaging and relaxed. Their passion for craft beer and the local scene really came through, and they created a welcoming atmosphere from they picked us up.
The logistics were seamless, allowing us to fully enjoy the variety of brewery experiences, including behind-the-scenes tours that gave great insight into Costa Rican brewing specifics. The hospitality throughout the tour was exceptional, and after drinking Imperial, it was so refreshing to enjoy a hoppy IPA again! We will absolutely be back for more tours with CR Limo & Travel Company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these experiences to anyone visiting Costa Rica who appreciates great beer and great company. The tour was an incredible experience of Costa Rican craft brewery scene. Patzy was an amazing guide, so knowledgeable, and a very fun person to have in our tour. All the brew masters we met were also great. So passionate about their craft. And best of all. The beers were so so good. Definitely a must-do trip if you’re in Costa Rica

We loved our tour with Ian. He treated us like we were old friends, tailored the tour to our interests, and gave us so many tips for our next trip. The tour itself was fun and a great way to see new parts of Costa Rica. I wish we had taken the tour at the beginning of our trip and not on the last day. We would have signed up for more tours with the team!

The tour guides were prompt and friendly. They spoke excellent English and eased any language issues. The breweries we went to all had good beer and at most of them we were able to meet and talk to either the owner or brewer. We spent a lot of time talking about the differences and challenges of brewing in Costa Rica. By the time we were at the last brewpub it felt more like we were hanging out and drinking with friends.

I highly recommend this tour for any beer lover. The breweries we went to were fantastic and I loved that we ended on the beach in time to see the beautiful sunset. Ian was very knowledgeable about the area and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. By the end of the day it felt as if we had known him for years. He definitely went above & beyond to make our day and the rest of our stay incredibly fun. Pura Vida!

Unforgettable experience with tour guide, Ian. Others have stated this before, but Ian treated us like family and it felt like we were long-time friends just enjoying a beer. Ian is a local and is a wealth of knowledge on the craft brewery scene as well as overall knowledge of Costa Rica in general.
We will 100% be reaching back out to Ian when we come back to Costa Rica to experience more breweries!

This was a great tour with some great people. We really enjoy this tour. Got to see some great places. Got to see some of the country side while traveling from place to place. The breweries were great and got to the story behind the brewery scene in Costa Rica.

Patsy and Ian are amazing people and incredibly knowledgeable, we lived talking with them and they were willing to give us any recommendations for our stay. We cant recommend this tour enough. It is incredibly worth the price. We loved seeing the different styles of brewery and all of the beers tasted amazing. If you are at all on the fence, book this tour you will not regret it!!
