Driver was easily located outside the White Bay Cruise Terminal - he was holding up a sign and then, when the other party arrived, he lad us to the Shuttle and we had a quick trip to the City and then the Airport. He was very helpful with the baggage.

Apparently this operator is fairly inflexible about what he pick up time. I also noticed in their confirmation/reminder the day before the listed everything except the time of pick up. They listed date, location and contact info. I made this reservation 11 months in advance and did not remember the pick up time I listed. Fortunately we managed to get off the cruise ship early so we managed to meet our driver, who was 15 minutes late.
When you make you reservation allow extra time just in case. This was in Sydney, Australia
Otherwise transport to the airport was fine.

Pickup times are clearly shown on the voucher and coordinated for shared shuttle services based on cruise disembarkation times and other passengers. As noted in the booking details, exact pickup times are confirmed a day prior and may require brief waiting for coordination.
On the day, the driver arrived within the agreed pickup window. We’re glad the transfer to the airport was otherwise satisfactory.

The baggage area in the van was too small for the number of passengers. Bags were loaded above the headrests which is dangerous in event of sudden stop. Of course when the lift was opened a number fell out.

Please note that at no point was there any danger to passengers. Our team ensured all luggage was safely secured during the transfer.
However, our shared shuttle service has a standard luggage capacity per passenger, as outlined in the booking conditions. If travelling with excessive or oversized luggage, we ask that you advise us in advance or book additional shuttles so we can make proper arrangements.

When we departed the ship, the shutter ride driver was not there. We were told no one had seen anyone from the company waiting, so one of the port porters called the company for us at 8:00 am. The driver claimed he was there but left. As a result, we had to take a taxi to the airport because our flight was leaving at 10:05 am.

It is important to have your phone switched on.
Pickup time was scheduled for 07:30 am.
7 out of 9 passengers were on time. We have waited an extra 15 minutes and shuttle has left at 7:45 am.
