Great tour! Mike was very knowledgeable and talked about the region, its history, nature, flora, and fauna. Unfortunately, it was foggy at the lookout. A bit more time to spot animals would be great; perhaps spending more time and visiting another lookout at the waterfall could improve the experience.

Really enjoyed our trip out to Springbrook NP and to see the waterfalls. Matt was an excellent guide explaining the history of the area as well as the geology behind the formations. He was also knowledgeable about the plants/animals we saw. It was great to see the falls, Matt was a very willing photographer. The walks into the NP weren’t too strenuous. We were lucky it was dry most of the day, otherwise the paths could be a bit slippery. Wear good gripping sneakers. Never felt rushed throughout the stops. There were three bathroom breaks available if needed. Morning tea was a nice addition, beverage and a tasty muffin. We did get caught in a rain shower at the end. Of course we had left our rain jackets in the van…all was as advertised and overall a very nice trip.

A wonderful tour, our guide Alex told us the history of the state, gave us recommendations on what to see in the surrounding area, but most importantly showed us the magnificent waterfalls, we enjoyed a walk through the woods, even the rain did not interfere. The best choice for the tour is here

Mark our driver was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, giving us commentary throughout the journey
He drove us to 4 attractions, unfortunately out of everyone's control we were unable to witness the last waterfall due to cloud cover
I have given 4 stars instead of 5 as 2 passengers were late by 40 minutes and we waited for them. The booking stipulates to be there 10 mins early and we will leave on time. This then resulted in us arriving back at our location 45 minutes later in the afternoon. I appreciate traffic but there has to be a cut off otherwise there's no point stipulating on booking and allowing them to arrive when they want. It wasn't even early, we were due to leave at 0845.
Otherwise good day had by all and I recommend this tour.

Matt and Renee were absolutely fantastic tour guides! They were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, we can highly recommend booking a tour around Springbrook and Lamington national parks with them. We had a great day with Daniel. Although the weather wasn’t the best, he did everything possible to show us a great time….he even took us to a waterfall that wasn’t part of the tour bc the views were fogged in at another location. He was knowledgeable and a hoot to chat with. Recommend for sure!

Loved this tour! Breathtaking views! We got lucky with no clouds and could see so clearly. Billy was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We were surprised to see a carpet python on the way back up from the falls!

Alex the tour guide was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, and a great guy.
We thought it was going to be a little more walking and being up close and personal with the waterfalls, which isn’t the case. It would be a great tour for older people that want to see things but don’t want to walk about.

Nice little tour of 5 hours into the national park , had hotel pick up as well , very informative bus driver new his stuff, loved the water falls especially the natural bridge , take lunch as there is no food stops on the way except for a bag of potato chips or nuts water supplied Besides that got to see a bit of the country side.

Overall it was Ok, the place was beautiful, one small feedback for the tour guide Andy, he spoke tooo fast and mumbled. And the quality of the mic on the bus made it worse, we actually missed what he said on the bus most of the times 😔

Our guide knew everything about the National park, the indigenous peoples and went out of his way to show us some of the wild life. We were lucky enough to see a pademelon. Very instructive. Amazing views.
