All morning I received emails saying my Tour was happening when I arrived it wasn’t.
And I haven’t received my money back.

The Gold Coast had just experienced a category 2 Tropical cyclone. You arrived the day after the cylone made land. Ours and most business had had no electricity or mobile communication for the previous 4 days. You contacted Viator to say that we did not operate. I emailed you that night to say to inform you that we will get in contact with you the next day. Our desk staff contacted you and you were happy to reschedule on the Wednesday at 11:45 am. You did not turn up for this tour. We contacted you again and rescheduled for Thursday. This time you did turn up and experience our tours. We would not normally refund you after you missed your tour the first time (we left with your seats empty) let alone the second time when we reschedule your tour and you boarded the tour with us.

Met 15 minutes prior to journey to book in and board
Firstly given tour on land and commentary given
We then entered the water "who knew a bus could swim"
Went round the marina, saw all the millionaires houses and yachts.
Worth the experience for children as there is a quack siren on bus and they are given optional duck tattoo transfers whilst we are on the water.
Plenty of duck gifts to purchase if you wish from the boat.
Overall great experience that I hadn't done before and saw sights I didn't know was there.

We always go on hop on-hop on busses to find out more about the locations we visit. This tour was very informative and the skipper and tour guide was top class. Also nice to see the Gold Coast from land and water.

It was amazing experience. Had a lots of fun. It was so exciting to be in mid air! The view up from there was incredible as well.
Capital and tour guide were very friendly people.
We asked capital we would like to hit waiter, haha, yes, we got it.

Had a wonderful ride on the Quackrduck! The skipper Hamish had us laughing out loud! Wendy was so friendly and funny! The rise on road and water was simply awesome.

It was fine but nothing exceptional. You do get to see Gold Coast from a different perspective but somehow overall tour doesn't feel totally worth the time especially since a lot of it just goes into getting to the water and back.

When the driver put on the Duck quacking we couldn't help but laugh each time. Relaxing tour, driver and commentary (Rosa) were very good.

The commentary was great, the history and knowledge of the area was really good and fun. The vehicle itself is great to ride in, as they took us around, it was loads of fun for the young kids when the sounded the duck Quack all the time. Everyone in the area knows the Quacker duck well.
