Wonderful experience

Ryan was waiting for us as we exited the cruise terminal. He was such a wonderful driver and guide, funny, knowledgeable, and willing to adapt to anything we wanted to do. His spoke excellent English which made our trip even more enjoyable. He drove my wife and me in an very nice, almost new SUV which made the trip very comfortable and allowed easy conversation between us all.

Surabaya's Religious Sites.

From pick up to drop off the trip went very smoothly. Expert driving through the traffic, even finding a rat run to avoid a bad jam caused by a broken down lorry. The religious sites and museums were beautiful and close together. The guide was humorous with excellent English ,with a depth of knowledge of the various religions.

Great Tour and Great Guide

This tour was a great introduction to the ancient history of Indonesia. Visiting the archeological ruins provided a foundation for understanding the evolution of architecture styles in the various regions of the country. Ryan was an outstanding guide and teacher. He was very conscientious in making sure we were comfortable and was able to answer all questions. He was especially helpful for my friend who has some mobility issues. We were lucky enough to also get Ryan the next day when we visited Mt. Bromo. I highly recommend TrippyTrip Tour company!

The sites were marvelous, well tended, albeit I wish they had signs in English. We had 2 guides, one was clearly more knowledgeable, and more comfortable in English than the other. But both were very well meaning and tried to ensure we had a good experience

Ryan our guide was fantastic. He spoke excellent english, was very informed on the history of the region. He provided detailed information on each site. This was doubled by an excellent sense of humor. We had a wonderful experience and know a lot.more about the Majapahit.

If you are in Surabaya you must book this tour! My guides Ryan and Dea went above and beyond to make this a memorable tour, which it absolutely was. They are really passionate about their culture and history and it shows. I came away learning a lot about the history of the Majapahit period and culture of the area and Indonesia, visiting incredible temples and interesting museums. They were both so happy to answer all my many questions.

Seeing Gates and Temples one of which was set in a nice garden and an open air museum. Seeing the countryside. The tour guide was good when promted for information sometimes.
