Sari, our tour guide was excellent. She was on time, communicated well upfront - and was informative, good personality, knowledgeable, and fun to spend the day with. We enjoyed our private tour of the city very much, and highly recommend Sari and Unscripted if this is the level of tour given.

Nima sent his contact information in advance. He met with us as planned at Stockholm Central station. He had read our prior information. He tailored our tour to our wishes and accommodated as the day went on. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the city.

No one showed up! We waited for over an hour after our meeting time of 9:30, trying to contact our assigned "host" Gisele and City Unscripted with no success. We were told later that she got the day wrong, and a refund was processed immediately. HOWEVER, we had only that one day in Stockholm, and it was impossible to regroup at this point. This pretty much ruined Stockholm for us.

I am so sorry to hear that your recent City Unscripted experience did not happen. Customer’s happiness is paramount to everyone here at City Unscripted so please know that we take these situations very seriously. As soon as we learned that the experience did not happen, our Customer Happiness Manager was informed about the situation. She looked into this case as a matter of top priority and got in touch with you and the host to solve all issues on the same day.
As she explained to you in her email, your host Gisele got the dates mixed up. She was sent the experience details well before the experience date and confirmed her availability, so this mix up is completely unacceptable. We expect professionalism from our hosts and, even though she delivered many experiences successfully in the past, as a result of this confusion her position was reviewed by the management team.
I can only imagine how much frustration this situation caused and I am really sorry that this error ruined your stay in Stockholm. I hope you are willing to give us another chance in the future, we would love to make this up to you by connecting you with another one of our locals in any of our 45+ destinations worldwide.

At first there was a little hiccup with Joyce being given the wrong port but with that she was only 10 minutes late. She was there with an apology and a smile and the smile never left her face. She was so sweet. My husband and I are in our late 50's and we wanted a different perspective from the ground, really learning about her perspective of where she lives and it was heartwarming and endearing. Cuddos to Joyce and her endless energy. She was positive and informative with my husbands rapid fire questions she never wavered. Highly recommend Joyce Andrea for your visit in Stockholm! Oh and Joyce thanks for the tip on Max's, we didn't have time to enjoy a burger in Sweden but we did in Copenhagen!

I am truly happy with my choice of this tour. Nima was our guide and he was so kind, organized and truly passionate about showing us this city he lives in. We saw EVERYTHING and he also shared with us hidden finds. It was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on and one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. My tour was one on one with just myself and the guide Nimi. He was exceptional! He takes the time at the beginning to find out what you're interested in seeing or doing (art, shopping, museums ect) and plans your day from there. Very fun, easy going guy. Great day!!
