Itinerary

Be ready for pickup at your Stockholm hotel at the prearranged time. With just your private guide for company, depart for a tour of the Gamla Stan Old Town, where Stockholm was first founded in 1252.

In Gamla Stan, soak up the history and vibrant ambiance, and stop outside highlights ranging from the Storkyrkan church and Nobel Prize Museum to the Royal Palace, all while your guide regales you with insider facts and stories about the sights.

Then, return to your private vehicle and travel beyond city limits to Drottningholm Palace, Sweden's first UNESCO World Heritage Site. When you arrive (entry own expense), take in the imposing architecture and vast baroque gardens. Spend a few hours there, discovering its picture-perfect highlights and learning all about its rich history.

After your time at the palace, return to Stockholm for drop-off back at your hotel.

Great tour! Our wonderful guide met us with a sign at the port and whisked us away to show off the highlights of Stockholm. She gave us a lot of great info about the city and about the history of the castle. Our driver was very courteous and the vehicle was super clean! Highly recommend!

Very informative and covers a lot of Stockholm

We loved our city tour with Sofia (Sophia) and our driver (sorry, I’m forgetting his name but he was great too). She really made Sweden’s history come alive and made the morning fly by. Both also made sure that we avoided all the major crowds so the tour felt more intimate and we got great photo opportunities. Highly recommended!

We booked this tour through Viator local tour company was Easy Travel I had a question and emailed Easy Travel. Within an hour they responded! They were at our hotel at the agreed pick up time. Jimmy the driver and Jorge they tour guide were both great. They were both friendly and informative. We had a private tour for the 5 of us in a clean Mercedes van with snacks and water provided by the tour. Jorge took us on a tour of Drottningholm Palace and was a great guide.They took us to a few scenic spots for photos then on a walking tour of old town. We loved this tour and our guides. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
