      Very informative! We saw and explored so much of old town, walked through streets and squares tourists would not be able to find on their own! We learned all about the history and origins of Saint Tropez. Highly recommended tour!

      Not as we expected

      We ended up not taking the tour. It was billed as an English language tour however as it started, the tour guide explained it would be in 2 languages. French first with cards to read for English, at certain stops. We’ve been on tours like this and have been disappointed. It felt like bait and switch, so we dropped out. The tour guide was nice, to be sure, it just wasn’t what we were looking for. She did promptly refund our money, so she was fair about it.

      Dear Julie, That is really really unfair to judge a tour you did not do. You were not satisfied because there were french visitors too for the tour. not at all for the quality of the tour. I think you do know that most people are reading the reviews before booking. So I find it really hard to destroy a small business for a personnal opinion about tours with different nationalities. The cards to read were only while I was talking in french to allow you some time. Then I did THE SAME EXPLANATIONS in english as well and answered all the questions in english. As you said, when I saw your disapointment, I reimbursed the very same day. You also asked this prior to the tour : "My husband can’t drink alcohol for health reasons. Could you refund part if his cost? Thank you for considering that water is much less than wine’s cost. Best- Julie", even though I do not have drinks during the tour. So you asked for a refund even before the tour. Really unfair and mean.
