On the morning of our tour, our ship could not get into port due to heavy seas. Despite being well past the cancellation deadline due to the late breaking weather conditions, they cheerfully returned our fee. We would book again with them in an instant on the strength of their fair and customer focused business practices.

Frédérique was very prepared and took extra effort. A gentle ramble through the old town done in leisurely friendly pace. She is very knowledgeable. And the Tarte is to die for - even better than Gelato
