The experience was seamless. Kenny got us to The Beach quickly. He had a designated area with Beach chairs and umbrella waiting. It was on the best part of the Beach. Area was clean, quiet and had facilities. Kenny and his coworker checked in with us often to see if we needed food or drinks. I will definitely book this excursion whenever I am in St. Lucia

Kennedy was fabulous as a driver, tour guide and even got us setup on the beach with chairs and umbrella! Continuously checked on us to see if we needed anything. One Complimentary beer, soda or water was a welcoming touch. The beach was beautiful. The water was calm and sandy bottom. No crushed shells to navigate in and out of the water. Highly recommend!

Kennedy was an excellent tour guide and went out of his way to make my visit extra special. His minivan is clean and comfortable and he’s an excellent driver. His beach location was perfect with comfortable loungers, super umbrella and less than 10 steps to the calm and warm ocean waters. His assistant Guyeel was attentive and provided a complimentary cold drink. Relaxing and attentive service. This is a must do tour in St. Lucia

Wow, what a day at the beach. Paradise Beach Comforts and the operator, Kennedy, went over the top to make my wife’s and my visit very memorable. From his communication, pick up and settling us into his chairs and an umbrella, our experience could not have been better. At one point, a customer was having a struggle getting out of the water and Kennedy came to the rescue and offered his arm. 10+ for his gallantry and care. He even helped brush the sand off of our feet as we returned to our ship. Thank you Kennedy for make our stay at St Lucia memorable!

The tour team, lead by Kennedy, couldn't have been more helpful. They texted me in advance, through what’s app, to confirm where they would meet me for pickup. Everything went according to plan. They staked out a beautiful spot on the beach h for us,with 2 chairs and an umbrella for those of us who don’t want full sun. They offer a complimentary drink, which we accepted, and they were there to fill our every need. This was well worth the price👍🏻

Kennedy was very accommodating. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Transportation went smoothly and van was clean with cold air. He even helped get the sand off our feet and shoes before entering back into the van to keep it prestine. Beach was beautiful and the water was cool and refreshing.

Had an amazing St. Lucia beach day with Paradise Beach and Comforter Tours! Kennedy met us right at the port and was absolutely fantastic — warm, friendly, and full of St. Lucia highlights on the drive. When we arrived, the beach was picture‑perfect. Phillip greeted us with comfy beach chairs, umbrellas, and rum punch waiting for us. The whole experience was seamless, relaxing, and so welcoming. Spinnakers on the beach was a great lunch spot! Truly a great day!!

Perfect Beach Day in Saint Lucia

Kennedy is the best and Paradise Beach Comforts is the provider to go with if you are not doing an excursion with the Cruise ship. Picked us up with friendly demeanor and plenty of information. Took care of our Beach chairs and umbrella, took care of our lunch order and took us back exactly when we requested. A smaller or personal tour with direct attention is the way to go rather than large groups. As to the beach itself...it delivered as promised. Beautiful turquoise waters, soft sand, weather was perfect and the tide was just right. Couldn't have asked for more sun, and Kennedy put us in a perfect, less crowded, more secluded spot where we could really enjoy the water. 10 out of 10!

Bathrooms were not close by at all. And there were no showers. It was a windy rough beach day so we hardly had any beach, but that’s not their fault. But where are they situated? Our chairs was not part of the beach. It was run down and there was trash everywhere. It was in a dead end of the beach. Our guide, Kennedy did his best.

well mam i am a small business owner i have a license to rent beach chairs and umbrellas i have no authority to build bathrooms and showers on the beach as i would if i could to accommodate all my guest the bathrooms is only 2-3 min away from my chairs presently the ministry of tourism is building public restrooms at the main entrance the beach was rough that happens with the moon or bad weather around it is nature i have no control of over nature when the sea is rough it covers most of the ocean floor that is why we didn't have much beach space on that particular day 95% of the time it is very nice calm and clear water it is a public beach with lots of beach users i make it my duty to keep my section of the beach clean alway do and always will i did my best for you my apologies you did not enjoy your beach day maybe next time you past through st.lucia on an amazing beautiful day you will have a totally different view of our beautiful reduit beach in rodney bat st,lucia bye all the best kennedy

Kennedy provided great communication before, during and after the excursion. We were comfortable in our beach chairs and enjoyed the big umbrella. Kennedy even went to pick up food for me at the nearby restaurant and hand delivered it to our chairs. Easy and stress free way to enjoy beautiful Rodney Bay.

First class experience from start to finish. Good communication to inform us of meeting point. After a short drive to Reduit Beach we were met by Kennedy. Choice of sunbeds and a free drink. Kennedy collected a food order for us. Returned to cruise port at an agreed time.

Collected by Kennedy on time and taken safely to the beach as advertised. Kennedy looked after us very well without being overbearing. He's trying to grown his business, so I hope others take his trip. We returned to our ship when we were ready, so managed a bit more time than the ship tour, to the same beach. Good luck Kennedy.

Me and my wife went a beach excursion with Kennedy while we were in Saint Lucia! It was really enjoyable! Kennedy picked us up at the Port and took us to a beach where he had 2 chairs and an umbrella all ready set up for us! He catered to our every need! I have never seen someone work so hard to make sure we had everything we needed! He brought lunch and drinks! The beach was really nice! If are looking for beach excursion he is the best!! Kennedy and his helper Guy were terrific!! 5 stars from us and we travel a lot!!

Great to go to a beach with space

A bit of a port mix up but the driver finally found us. Easy contact using WhatsApp. Beach chairs were nicely spread apart from other parties so we had our own little piece of paradise. We each had an umbrella so enough shade. Lovely sandy beach. People came along offering food and drinks orders so no need to walk to food! Some unwanted solicitation from people asking for charitable donations but walked away with no hassles from our polite "no thank you's". We had to depart earlier than the other parties as we were on a different ship with tender. No problem requesting to return early. It was nice to be offered a whisk broom and water to clean our feet before entering taxi. I hate to leave drivers with a mess. A huge beach but not cheek to jowel chairs like many other islands

Kennedy was an amazing host. I was’t sure which port my cruise was arriving at and the people on the ship weren’t very helpful. Kennedy called the ports directly to confirm, certainly going above and beyond. He arrived early and had to pick up 4 other passengers at the other cruise port. When we arrived at the beach, he introduced us to the restaurant staff so we wouldn’t have any issues using the restrooms and getting a table during lunch. He escorttd us down to a quieter part of the beach and got us set up with chairs and umbrellas. He provided a hot spot so we could have wifi access. He brought us a complimentary drink (water, soda or beer). He brought menus from the restaurant and offered to bring the food to us if we preferred to eat on the beach vs at the restaurant. It rained most of the day and despite the rain, he stayed out all day with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Kennedy and the beach day!!

Kennedy was terrific at communicating with us toake sure the pickup at the tender port was as smooth as possible in an extremely busy area. He was very personable and talked about the areas we passed on the way to the beach. Once there, he led us to our chairs and umbrellas and even ensured that we each had two umbrellas so we could make sure that we had shade to relax in. The best part was that he stayed around our general area and was available to assist with food and drinks - he would bring it all to us. Overall, Rodney Bay is a very nice sandy beach and a great place to relax, swim and hang out. Highly recommended and a lot less expensive than the ship's excursion!.

Awesome excursion and professional, friendly and caring host name Kennedy. Highly recommend! Best time ever. Kennedy communicated with me the day before and the day of. He arrived to the port early. He told me we were going to Rodney Bay. As we traveled thru town he told me about himself and pointed out the highlights of St Lucia. When we arrived at the beach we turn left and walk towards the end of the beach. Kennedy provided nice lounge chairs and umbrella. He also provided an Internet pod that gave me secure and strong Internet service along with welcome drink. I am so glad I chose his company. At the entrance of the beach everyone was so crowded together. People were so close to each other. Where Kennedy is located you are spread out. You can have private conversations without neighbors hearing you. The beach water entrance is on flat ground , no decline; you walk right into the water. The water is beautiful and calm.. Kennedy checked on me to make sure I was ok. He also takes your order for food and go get it! Kennedy is an excellent host. I set my return time back to cruise port. He provided fresh water to wash all the sand off my feet. He drives a nice clean transportation van. I highly recommend and will use him again and again!
