Got multiple notices every day before the event asking if I was going and replied yes over and over again. Then the morning of our pick up after we disembarked, got a notice that it was cancelled. Very disappointing.

As noted in our cancellation policy, this experience requires a minimum number of travelers to operate. If that minimum is not met, the tour may be canceled, and guests are offered either an alternative date/experience or a full refund. In your case, you were notified prior to your scheduled pickup, and options were provided accordingly. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after confirming your attendance, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
