I booked a pickup and due to a flight delay I was unable to meet the driver. He had messaged me via WhatsApp so I was able to inform him I would not be at the pickup point. He acknowledged my response. I booked another reservations based on when I would arrive on my rebooked flight and received confirmation. However, when I arrived at the airport pick up area, no one was there. This was at 11 pm which was the pick up time. I called several times and finally reached someone. I was told my reservation had been cancelled and I had been given a refund. There was no communication via email or WhatsApp that I was not going to be met and taken to my hotel at a very late hour. This is unacceptable. I recommend not booking this company for airport transportation.
