Great day out. Both the guide and driver were brilliant. Great value day out not rushed at all. They gave lots of information would recommend 💯 really enjoyed the boat trip and the cable car.

Good evening, the day went well apart from a few small things. Firstly during the boat we were not able to jump into the water which is a shame. Then the guide told us the wrong meeting point several times and explained poorly when we didn't understand. moreover, the analya river was supposed to last 2 hours but we only ate for 40 minutes and we were not able to enjoy the river. and yet that was why we wanted this activity. Finally for the cable car the guide wanted us to pay extra. We were therefore disappointed and we hope that the other activities will be better

Regarding the boat portion, swimming stops are dependent on local regulations, safety conditions, and weather, and unfortunately cannot always be guaranteed. We apologize for any confusion or frustration this caused.
We also regret that there was some miscommunication about meeting points and timing. The river activity duration can vary slightly depending on group size and scheduling, and your comments about the shortened lunch period have been shared with the operator for review.

We were picked up as the last passengers around 10:45 am, and there wasn't enough space to sit comfortably on the bus. The time allocated for each event to explore the places was insufficient, leaving us feeling rushed. Particularly disappointing was the limited time at the cable car, as we couldn't fully enjoy the view from the top of the castle. Additionally, too much time was wasted on shopping activities. Furthermore, the banana plantation visit was skipped for our group alone, simply because we were the last to be picked up and the first to be dropped off. Overall, the tour felt short and not worth the investment for us.

We went on a pirate ship which was an experience. Lovely veiws around the coast. Afterwards we had lunch at a Riverside restaurant with traditional seating. Then on to Alanya where we went on the cable car. Then had some free time which we used to go for a swim to cool off. Was a well organised trip and recommended

Wurden zwar pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt(8:55) aber die Reiseführerin konnte kein deutsch, und nur ein bisschen Englisch. Sodass nur die die Türkisch konnten, wirklich verstanden was wann geplant ist.
Zuerst hatte man 1 Stunde Freizeit in Alanya danach die 45 minütige Bootsfahrt an der Bucht entlang. Anstatt die versprochenen Höhlen zu zeigen wurden zu teure Getränke (Bier 5€) verkauft und von einem Jungen nach Trinkgeld gebeten. Danach fuhr man mit dem Bus zu dem “Restaurant“ das Essen war sättigend aber nichts besonderes der Service war sehr hektisch, da alle 30min ein weiterer Bus ankam und man platz machen musste. Nächste Station war die Seilbahn. Wir hatten ca 45 min. Zeit zum hochfahren, sich die Burg anzuschauen, wieder runter zufahren und wieder pünktlich am Bus zu sein.
Zusammenfassend war viel zu wenig Zeit für alles eingeplant und durch die Sprachbarriere sehr unorganisiert gehandhabt.
Wir vermeiden weitere Ausflüge dieser Art.
