Albert is a very nice and friendly person and we enjoyed our time with him in Schenzhen. He’s knowledgeable and willing to share interesting stories and information. We understood a lot more about China from him and we thank him for that. He just needs to be a bit more communicative and considerate when it comes to visitors coming in China for the first time. Things like: meeting point closer to the train station would have been useful so we don’t get lost like we did, conversations via WhatsApp did not give confidence at times that he would show up. Nevertheless, we had a great tour!

Thanks for your idea, normally we pick up most of the travelers in hotel ,which is easy to meet. For the travelers come from the train station we should have a better preparation, since the train station is too big. We will improve and hope you have a nice day.

We had a wonderful day touring Shenzhen with Albert!
