An entertaining and informative look at what the future may hold. Ervin was a fantastic guide: friendly, articulate, and incredibly well-informed about the technology, gadgets, EVs, and robotics we explored. Although some of the sites could easily be visited on your own, it was Ervin's commentary, expertise, and thoughtful perspectives that truly brought everything to life. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this tour.

I had a fantastic day with Loria on this private Shenzhen technology tour. From the start she was friendly, knowledgeable and very well organised.
Loria’s English was excellent throughout the day, which made the tour easy to follow and allowed for plenty of interesting discussions and questions. She explained complex technology and innovation topics clearly and in an engaging way.
The tour provided a fascinating insight into modern Shenzhen and China’s technology sector, including robotics, innovation and some of the latest developments that many visitors would never discover on their own.
What I particularly appreciated was that the tour felt personal rather than robotic (no pun intended). Loria was enthusiastic about the subject matter and clearly passionate about sharing Shenzhen’s incredible development from a small fishing village into a global technology powerhouse in little more than 40 years.
As a solo traveller, I found the experience both enjoyable and informative. It gave me a much deeper understanding of the city and its role as one of the world’s leading technology hubs.

We had a really excellent tech tour in Shenzhen. Riley, our guide, made the whole experience stand out. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable about the tech scene and the markets.
What impressed me most was how she adapted the tour on the day. The weather wasn’t great, but she adjusted the route so we still saw everything we wanted while avoiding the worst of the rain. It never felt rushed or compromised.
She also tailored parts of the tour to us while we were in the tech markets, helping us find specific items and navigate what can otherwise be quite overwhelming. That flexibility made a big difference.
Overall, Riley was just very easy to be around and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this tour.
Let me start by saying that what an amazing, fantastic experience it has been. Being working in the Tech industry, I have heard of many stories and reviews about the Tech and Innovation sector, I found it truly exciting to view these innovations firsthand. There are multiple experiences that were amazing but the truly great experiences were with the robo taxi drive, drone food delivery, exoskeleton and the translating glasses, very impressive!
Ervin was excellent, very knowledgeable guide and helped us immensely to navigate through the Tech sector to explain the history, reasoning and future view of the innovation world. He answered to all our questions with live examples that made it easier to understand the advancement in those innovations and technologies.
Overall a must do experience especially with Ervin as we embrace the Tech innovations in our daily life.
It is a cashless, and credit card- less experience……. Everything being paid organized by apps on the phone. It was the first time any of our group had been in a driverless taxi, had coffee delivered to us by a drone, and drank coffee made by a robot. It was a taste of the possible future. I highly recommend this tour.
It was a pleasant experience and Jade didn't rush us when we stayed in inno100 for a long time! Jade was very attentive and answered all our questions and gave us insight into the 'cities' within Shenzhen.
Echo was really great. We were coming in tired after a long trip and only for 3 hours in the city and Echo help us fit everything in that time and still be back at the train station with no problems to take our next train. Not only that, but she made it fun and accommodate the walking time to help my parents in their 70's be comfortable. She was really easy to talk and made out time very fun! I completely recommend her for your next tour :)
We recently travelled to Shenzhen and went on this tour with Echo. She was fantastic, friendly, informative and welcoming. It was actually like hanging out with our friend! It was a great afternoon.
We saw the drones leaving from the main hub in shenzhen with food delivers, then went on our ride in our taxi ride which was self driving. Actually a really great and relaxing drive. It was funny because a lot of drivers were looking in our taxi and laughing cause we had no driver! Echo took us to a park which was a warm day and we receive our drone deliver with our drinks that we previously ordered and they were actually still cold!
Finally we went to the flagship stores of the new electric cars built in China. WOW how impressed we were with these cars. My husband is a car enthusiast and loved this!
All round we had a great afternoon. We would highly recommend this tour. Definitely a must if visiting Shenzhen and how futuristic the city is.
I had a great tour with Riley. She took us to ride the driverless taxi, which was very unique. We visited various stores from different tech brands which was interesting, and we walked along the Shenzhen Bay area. Overall it was a very nice experience.
