I’m truly terribly sorry for the no show.
Here’s what happened: I was in a serious car accident in Shenzhen on May 27th and was admitted to hospital immediately. I remained in a coma for three straight days, completely unable to check my phone or computer, which is why I couldn’t view your order at all.
Shortly after regaining consciousness, I received a call from the Viator platform asking me to complete identity verification for the refund. I was in too much pain to speak properly back then, so I even asked my wife to finish the relevant procedures on my behalf.
I fully understand your frustration. If I were in your position, I would feel the same way, as we’ve taken up your precious time, which is upsetting for anyone.
To make up for the inconvenience, I’d like to offer you our service completely free of charge. I’m genuinely sorry and hope my explanation can ease your disappointment a little.

We only had one day in Schenzhen and this Tech & Culture Tour showed us everything we wanted to see, and Amy was a fantastic tour guide. We really recommend this. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a lovely time exploring Shenzhen. Maddie our guide was wonderful, flexible and accommodating to our needs. Knowledgeable sharing all relevant details. Donna who we organised the tour with was very helpful on customising a personalised tour to meet our needs which was mainly driven by a time constraint.
