This museum is great while on holiday, really good items inside but not a lot of them so no boredom perfect holiday half day out

Take a Taxi !

The 'Tour' was actually jus a taxi drive to the Museum for which it cost us $15 when actually it should have been $9 to enter...the rest could have gon toward a taxi and you would have saved. Guide knew little The museum is relativey small but very clean, pesentable, interesting and cafe was good... Have a drink whilst he taxi returns !

I enjoyed the museum, however we had to pay 10euros to get in. I thought this included the entry fee but if doesn’t. The driver car was kind dirty abd he had a bit of an attitude.

This is the second tour I bought from this operator. The first one was a failure because they didn't provide a Russian speaking guide as was requested and the English speaking guide used Google Translate to somehow fix the problem. I specifically replied to them in the WA chat asking to ensure this time the guide is provided because he/she had to be an Egyptologist as they advertised and it was in the ticket. Apparently they do not have any Russian speaking guide because NOBODY guided the tour. So I advise not to waste your money. We could go there on our own. Moreover the Museum tour is to be followed by an hour walk in the Old Market which was operating only in 30% and they did not warn us that it is usually opened fully after 4 pm. This is not a reliable operator and it looked like a scam.

Our lovely guide Azza was so nice and explained us many things in the Museum and about the life in Sharm El Sheik. She reacted very sensitive and understanding concerning our whishes. And above that it was very interesting for me as a woman to be guided by a woman, too! Thank you, dear Azza, and the best to you!

Very interesting if you are interested in egypt and the kings and queen's. How they buried the people and seeing a real mummified mummy . The museum is dark in places that's the only fault
