We had a nice experience in Cairo. Our tour guide was very nice and well mannered. He tried to give us the best possible memory. We could spend more time in Pyramid and take good pictures. The whole plan was designed well.

What I did not like during the trip is waiting for other small groups so much to take the bus which was going to Cairo. For this reason, we arrived Cairo later than we expected. Then we had to be quick for the trip.

I booked this tour in last minute and now I can advise any one to book it.the company customer service was in contact always with me to make sure about my pick up time and to make sure that every thing was well with me,in Cairo I had one of the best guides I have ever met sherif.he is so knowledgeable and so clever in his work.i learned from him a lot.it was very special day for me.the bus was comfortable and air conditioning although it took long time but it worth it.it was so special day and I will never for get it specially the great pyramids,thanks sherif

Overall, the tour arranged by Charming Egypt Tours is very good. I would like to compliment Love Sharm in Cairo, their service is excellent. The lady tour guide, Nahed, is very friendly, helpful and nice to all of us. The bad side of the tour would be the bus when we went from Sharm to Cairo, there was no air con, so we felt very warm inside the bus for 7 hours. It is good that the agent already highlight what is included and what is excluded in the trip but i believe it would be better if they could highlight that we need to pay USD25 to the operator in cash for all the entrance fees because we paid him at Sharm, but he didnt issue us any receipt so we were worried that the operator in Cairo did not know that we have paid USD25 for all the entrance fees.The person who fetch us in Sharm is a bit unfriendly at first, so we were quite nervous at the beginning since this place is new to us and it was dark at that time but luckily he became nicer before we went onto the bus to Cairo. Love Sharm, the agent in Cairo, especially Samih and Nahed (tour guide) had given us the comfort with their warm welcome and friendly approach, so in the end we enjoyed our trip in Cairo.

I accidentally booked my trip from another city instead of Hurghada. They were able to pick me up the next day from Hurghada. Trip is reasonable priced, but camal ride and Nile River cruise are extra $10 each. They hit all the main highlights you need to see in Cairo. I only wish there was more factual/historical information given during the tour.

Wir haben zu zweit von einem Hotel in Sharm El sheikh diesen trip gebucht. Ich möchte auf das positive und auch auf das verbesserungswürdigere eingehen.
Positiv:
- Wenn man die ganzen Eintrittsgelder und die über 600 km Reise berücksichtigt, ist der Preis sehr fair.
- Sehr guter Guide, der ausgesprochen gut Italienisch und Englisch (die Tour fand zweisprachig statt) gesprochen hat und sehr höflich und hilfsbereit war.
- Wir waren nur eine kleine Gruppe von 6 Personen! Top angenehme Stimmung.
- außer den Pyramiden konnten wir faire für 10 Euro p.P. Eine Nil-fahrt unternehmen.
Verbesserungswürdig:
- Die Hauptfahrt nach Kairo war ziemlich chaotisch und anstrengend (großer Reisebus mit 40 Personen,schien eine Art öffentlicher Bus zu sein, den auch einheimische nutzen konnten. lange Wartezeit bis wir unsere Tickets bekommen haben, Bus-Zustand deutlich Verbesserungswürdig)
- das versprochene „bottled water“ wurde nicht angeboten, danach zu fragen, war uns peinlich.
- die Reise ging 26h. Angegeben sind ca. 19h, dies war für uns kein Thema, lag zum Großteil auch an den extrem langen Wartezeiten bei den behördenkontrollen während der Fahrt, sollte aber vom Reiseveranstalter auf ca. 24h korrigiert werden.
Ich kann die Reise sehr empfehlen!

Ps: der Fahrer der hinreise Sharm-kairo ist geistesgestört, er hat mindestens 300x während der Fahrt gehupt und ist gefahren wie ein kranker, das war sehr anstrengend. Der Fahrer der Rückfahrt war deutlich angenehmer!

Comprei a viagem à Viator via online e correu tudo muito bem, muito pontuais. Viagem muito longa mas valeu muito a pena, tivemos um guia no Cairo espectacular o Sr. Sherif. Recomendo a todos
