A really good day out. A bit of a journey to get there, but went surprisingly quick and well worth it. The guide (Mert, I think, sorry if spelt wrong) was friendly and informative., but also allowed us the time to go where we pleased so that we could choose how we divided our time between Hierapolis and Pammukale springs. We were lucky with the weather which always helps and it wasn't too crowded also. Although we booked the tour for Pammukale, the guide recommended we did The Grand theatre first and that was good advise - great views and v impressive sat at the top. V much worth the walk up the short hill and doing before wet feet of the springs. We recommend this trip and company.

Pamukkale and hierapolis combined were pretty average. The tour was fantastic, well organised despite 3 language groups combined into one, and informative. Excellent hosts. The food buffet was amazing!! The onyx factory tour seemed unnecessary but it was brief.

The pool waters have dried up. They are fed from a nearby spring. It isn’t what it used to be 20 or more years ago. The guide was nice that is why I am giving a 5 star as it wasn’t his fault.

Thank you for your kind review. Unfortunaley it is not same as 20 yrs ago and I believe the World itself is not the same as it was.And it is not no one’s fault or may be all of humanity’s fault. The water in the pools dried up but not totally once it is all gone we will reconsider to run tours to Pamukkale. May be we will only visit the Hierapolis not the travertines. But when there is still water we want to show travellers the place.

This is a trip you can’t miss. Pamukkale was a wonder, so much history and natural beauty. Yes it was a long day but worth every minute. The company even arranged special accommodates since we were not staying close, they arranged a separate pick up for us. We are so greatful 🙏🏽 and would recommend this trip 10/10.

We had a lovely trip to Pamukkale with Meva - don’t think I have spelt this right. Her English and knowledge was excelent
Its was a long road trip over 3 hours with stops but the bus was well ventilated and M gave us much information. On arrival we were straight through the queue and learning about the site. It was really hot so remember to bring a hat! Hers an opportunity to swim in cleopatra pool but with an extra cost we stuck with the travatines - it was quite difficult underfoot as you need to go bare foot but there was amazing views! We had lots of time to look around the site which was great! After the visit we headed for a buffet lunch very nice and lots of choice. We had the obligatory shop busy to an onyx factory - this was quite interesting and I learnt a bit about onyx! It was a long day but very comfortable and easy - would recommend! We were picked up and dropped off an out hotel - very easy

You will be spending between 2.5 - 3 hours total in Hierapolis and Pamukkale. Most of the time will be spent on the bus. I personally feel that the tour could do without the jewelry stop and instead use the 20 or so minute stop at Hierapolis/Pamukkale.
