My husband and I very much enjoyed the class. Randy was informative, funny, and made all feel at ease. All that attended the class had a wonderful time.

It’s more education about cocktails than actually making cocktails in my opinion. Defiantly fun facts but I think I was expecting something different.
This cocktail class was so much fun! We learned a lot about the history and the science of cocktail making. We got to watch and learn how the cocktail was made and then taste test it. Then we got to make our own. They even let us use our choice of liquor for the last cocktail. We got to ask specific questions and learn techniques for making some great classic cocktails. They also gave us complimentary snacks and a free stirrer (or whatever it’s called). 10/10 would recommend, especially if you want to learn a thing or two about making some great classic cocktails.
P.S. Our instructor was great but I unfortunately can’t remember his name right now. But he seemed very knowledgeable and he was funny.
It was great experience. Fun atmosphere. Amanda was engaging and kept time rolling. Who knew bar tools had so many fun names!
The cocktail making experience was probably the favorite part of our anniversary trip! Amanda was so amazing and such a great teacher and was also hilarious.
Amanda did an awesome job and was very knowledgeable about her spirits. You will definitely get your money worth.
Connor was a fantastic guide! We had a great time learning how to mix some delicious cocktails, and enjoyed those cocktails and some snacks all while learning interesting bits of cocktail history and lore. In addition to a few specific drinks we came away with terrific advice on what to look for in a bar, how to ask for certain drinks, and some simple ratios and formulas for (near) foolproof experimentation. Connor created a fun and welcoming atmosphere and all present thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend!

Congress Up staff did a great job of making the evening fun. We had delicious cocktails and learned about how to make them. We also learned the reasons and ratios behind creating cocktails. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
Connor was incredible. I highly recommend everyone do this class. We had such a good time! Healthy pours, historical context, and lots of humor!

This class was a ton of fun! The only downside was the AC wasn't working, so it was a bit toasty in that room. Leah did a great job both teaching and keeping it interesting.
Our cocktail class at the Prohibition Museum was such an amazing experience! Leah, our hostess, was delightful; sharing useful information about tools and ingredients for the best cocktails as well as being entertaining, welcoming, and fun. This was one of the best activities we did on our trip to Savannah and I highly recommend joining a class; you’ll be so glad you did!

Had an amazing time! It is perfect if you want to learn about southern culture and the foundations of cocktail making! Daphne, the mixologist, was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. I did it solo one one one and was so happy the experience was not cancelled. Would do it again with friends! It was really fun and a great start to my trip, thank you!
What a delightful and informative experience. Worth every penny. We will definitely be trying to replicate the Chatham Artillery Punch! The instructor was well informed and very entertaining.
Super fun experience. Whether you are new to drinking or a seasoned drinker, you will learn a lot! My daughter turned 21 the day before and Daphnie picked the best mix for her!

This experience is as advertised. Did this as a team building/end of year work event and it was perfect. The host/bartender was very knowledgeable and engaging. He made the experience.
We arrived early because according to the information they open at 6pm, upon arrival we were rudely told to go somewhere else and come back if we wanted to for class due to a private event. Which they do regularly during the holidays, and a heads up would’ve been appreciated. Once we got to the class, the room was very hot and small, it looked like it had been thrown together moments prior to our arrival. The drinks were mostly good. The class was somewhat entertaining and educational thanks in most to the fellow parties also taking the class. However our instructor seemed lost for words throughout the majority of the class and kept losing her place in the instructions. If you’d like to drink water, I would bring a bottle because the only way we were able to get refills was to go to the bar yourself during the class. Would not recommend this class.
Great experience for a couple to do together. Jackson made the experience fun. It was interesting to learn the background of the cocktails while learning to make them.

Nice experience. Great set up. Connor was very knowledgeable. Wish he could be a bit more brief and we spent more time mixing things. Felt a little more like a lecture and not a fun mixology class.

Jackson was an excellent instructor filled with bartender knowledge. The atmosphere is like being transported to a Speakeasy. The only minus was 2 hours with only mixing 2 drinks. We had plenty to drink but mixed just 2 drinks.
This class was really informative and fun. Whether you have some knowledge of mixing cocktails from scratch or none it is a great activity while in Savannah. Leah was our instructor and she did a fantastic job of providing us with some local history and bartenders tools history and techniques. She demonstrated the mixing of 2 classic cocktails and then provided samples to the group. We also mixed 2 other cocktails on our own. My entire group had a great time.
