My skydiving adventure in Buitova, Brazil! Skydiving makes me feel excited and nervous, and my hand was sweating after almost jumping, my palms were really cold. When I saw the clouds, I got scared, but when you're on top, there's no choice - you have to jump - and in my mind, it's an out-of-this-world experience. I've finally checked skydiving off my bucket list, hahahah!

Make sure that you are in the same area he will change your time and if you can't make it he will take your money anyway Lost 154$ and I didn't even go got robbed because it was under 24hrs no Way he was ready 23hrs in advance and changed my time by 4hrs took my money anyway... please becareful know before you go and viator didn't help so buyer beware

Gostaríamos de esclarecer que nossos voos dependem diretamente de fatores como condições climáticas, segurança operacional e logística do aeroporto, o que pode exigir ajustes de horário. Sempre que isso acontece, os clientes são comunicados com antecedência, como ocorreu em seu caso onde solicitamos a antecipação das 13:00 para as 9:00 horas, pois havia a previsão de ventos fortes.
É importante destacar que a reserva foi feita diretamente no site do Viator, onde consta claramente nosso local de operação. Além disso, tanto a plataforma quanto nossa equipe enviaram instruções detalhadas, incluindo endereço e links do Waze e Google Maps. Sua solicitação de cancelamento ocorreu apenas quando percebeu que estava a 7 horas de distância — algo que poderia ter sido evitado com atenção às informações já disponibilizadas no momento da compra.
Sobre sua alegação de antecedência, registramos que seu pedido de cancelamento foi feito na véspera, após o encerramento do nosso expediente, às 20h39. Portanto, não houve o prazo de 23 horas mencionado em sua avaliação.

We would like to clarify that our flights depend directly on factors such as weather conditions, operational safety, and airport logistics, which may require schedule adjustments. Whenever this happens, customers are informed in advance, as in your case, where we requested to move your reservation from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
It is important to note that the reservation was made directly through the Viator website, where our operating location is clearly stated. In addition, both the platform and our team sent detailed instructions, including the address and Waze/Google Maps links. Your cancellation request was only made once you realized you were 7 hours away — something that could have been avoided by carefully checking the information already provided at the time of purchase.
Regarding your claim about timing, we recorded that your cancellation request was submitted the day before, after business hours, at 8:39 p.m. Therefore, the 23-hour notice you mentioned in your review did not occur.
As for the term “Dishonest,” we must firmly reject that accusation. We fully complied with all established conditions and provided support within what was possible. We consider it dishonest when facts are distorted in order to justify situations beyond our responsibility.

Really fun and exciting experience, this was my first ever jump and the crew made it so much fun and thrilling. HIGHLY recommend if you've never jumped, they will make sure you have the time of your life!

We had the best time at Paraquedismo. Not only did we feel extremely safe as foreigners, but the staff was very friendly and extremely professional. The three of us in our group were skydiving for the first time and we were very nervous and tense. The staff managed our expectations and we were able to have a great fun experience. We visited this establishment during a 14 hour layover in São Paulo. Best decision ever. We paid extra for the VIP photo/video package and thank goodness we did. We got such an amazing professional video edited for us to share with our friends and family. We also got 800 photos each of the entire journey.
I highly recommend this experience AND DEFINITELY ALLOW YOURSELF THE WHOLE DAY TO DO THIS. The traffic in São Paulo was crazy and we barely made our appointment on time. The staff was very accommodating and did communicate that the traffic would be a problem. Listen to them!! It was so much fun and I can’t wait to come back. Bruno took very good care of me ◡̈

The whole experience was unbelievable right from the training to the flight, the jump the floating in the air doing my level best not to fight the wind , the opening of the parachute the gliding and finally the landing
The tandem trainer just gave you the confidence and removed all feard

Une expérience Extraordinaire, le personnel est adorable, pédagogue et souriant. La sécurité est assurée à tous les niveaux. C’était mon premier saut en parachute et je recommande fortement cette équipe. J’ai reçu mes photos et vidéos 1h après le saut. Merci pour tout ❣️.
