Ronaldo makes it all super approachable and fun. With a super solid amount of background and a lot of jokes along the way.

Exactly, Ronaldo’s mix of clear technique and playful banter makes the class both useful and fun. Glad you enjoyed his style. 😄 Cheers, Maira from Cook in Fiesta

    Great personalized cooking class!

    Nicole_M, Sep 2025
The cooking class with Renaldo was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time cooking together. It was just my husband and I and he was able to personalize it. We were eating and trying things throughout as we made traditional dishes. The food was great, we could personalize our drinks, his English was excellent and he was happy to answer questions we had along the way. The atmosphere was a long lovely evening cooking with a friend. We learned so much! Thank you!

    Response from Host, Sep 2025

Renaldo’s one-on-one approach is perfect for couples who want a tailored evening, personalized drinks, hands-on cooking and time to ask everything. So glad you left full of new skills and recipes! 🍽️ Cheers! Maira from Cook in Fiesta

The cooking class was basic, lacked high-quality ingredients, and did not offer new learning experiences, especially considering its cost.

It's a very basic course. They are dishes that represent Brazilian cuisine but do not have much elaboration. The main course is a simple roast meat

HI Carolina, I'll have to agree with you there: Brazilian food isnt built on culinary techniques... its built on diversity (Brazil has 9 biomes, allowing for just about every plant and animal on Earth to grow here). That's why we teach 9 recipes... so that you can replicate what you liked in your daily life, like various healthy manioc-based dishes instead of simple-carbs. Yes, the main steak is picanha, Brazils flagship cut.
