Complimentary pickup and drop-off are available from hotels and accommodations in Santa Maria, Murdeira, Espargos, and from Amílcar Cabral International Airport (SID). Pickup from other locations may be available upon request and must be arranged in advance. Your guide will be easy to identify, wearing an official Sal Experiences uniform and ID badge, and holding a clearly visible yellow Sal Experiences sign. Approximate pickup times: Espargos: from 8 AM Murdeira: from 8:15 AM Santa Maria: between 8:40 AM and 9:00 AM The day before your tour, we will contact you via WhatsApp or your preferred contact method to confirm your exact pickup time. If your hotel or accommodation is not listed during booking, simply send us the name or address after your reservation, and we will arrange your pickup if it is within our pickup areas.

This trip was an excellent way to see around the island. It took in all the most popular locations however I felt that some of it was rushed and that more time could have been spent at some of the areas. It was also difficult to hear what the guide was telling us as at times due to him still driving and some of the roads that he was travelling on were practically non existent and full of stones and big holes.

The trip itself and the guide was fantastic. However we stopped at a local restaurant for our lunch and had the national dish of cachupa. When I arrived back at my hotel I was violently sick for 12 hours. Therefore I would recommend taking your bow no lunch and drinks with you.

We were kept fully informed via Whats App of pick up time. CHAN our guide was knowledgeable , passionate about the Island, funny and helpful to all members of the party. He spoke excellent English and French. He also was more than willing to take photos of guests, which he did very well.

This was, without a doubt, the best day tour we have experienced anywhere! Our guide, Nanny, was friendly, informative and simply brilliant. He knew so much about the Island and the culture and shared really important and useful information about the lives of people in Cape Verde.
All timings were excellent, and we saw so much in a one-day trip.
If you are planning to do any tour in Sal, this one is an absolute must!

We really enjoyed this trip which was very well organised by Sal experiences and our tour guide Nany was brilliant.
We had lots of stops but never felt rushed !!
Nany was a credit to himself and an excellent representative for his company . He answered all our questions spoke English really well . Glad we had an air conditioned bus not an open jeep !

Rien de tel qu une excursion comme celle ci pour découvrir une partie des secrets de l île de Sal. Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes pour moitié françaises et moitié germaniques et notre guide Blendir a jonglé toute la journée entre ces deux langues pour nous partager sa culture de l île et quelle culture! Beaux moments de partage en compagnie de ce guide que nous vous recommandons sans hésiter! Le site des yeux bleus était accessible mais trop venteux lors de notre visite pour pouvoir observer ce phénomène. Blendir a eu la délicatesse de nous l indiquer pour ne pas payer l entrée pour rien et a adapté notre circuit en conséquence. Il a pris la peine d un shooting photo aux mirages, de nous faire découvrir des mets locaux dans un petit restaurant traditionnel, de nous partager un peu de son histoire pour notre plus grand plaisir. Nous vous laissons la joie de découvrir cette île en sa compagnie et celle de Georges qui nous a conduit et accompagné tout au long de la journée en toute sécurité.
