Our walking tour guide Sarith was very informative & friendly & told us/ showed us different parts of Rotterdam & its history over a 2 hour timeframe. It was a nice warmer sunny day too. Enjoyed the experience!

Our tour guide Alasdair was very knowledgeable and brought the history of Bruges to life with his great story telling abilities, sense of humour and passion for the city. He was very generous with his time and the tour never felt rushed. He had some great recommendations for eating out - we enjoyed some delicious food at the Potato Bar! A brilliant way to spend a few hours getting to know Bruges. We really appreciated Alasdair’s unique style. Communication prior to the tour was also excellent.

Starts and ends in same place. Quite a bit of walking between stops. Good to get a feel of area and then decide where to go.

The guide was nice, but talked too fast and spit out facts quickly and moved on. The guide walked at a very fast pace and it was hard to keep up. It was not enjoyable as I would have expected. He didn’t do well at keeping the group together in between stops.

Rotterdam is Not a beautiful City and it was not our favourite but the Guide, Peter, was very good and funny. He had a nice sense of Humor.

Wonderful walking tour of Rotterdam.
Our guide Daniella was informative, engaging, cheerful native of the city. She kept a good walking pace, her English was easy to understand. She took us to places beyond where my Rick Steves guide book took me. So many beautiful pre war buildings.

Peter was informative, friendly, and entertaining but his use of several profanities and vulgarities detracted from the presentation. His denial of the role of religion in the Dutch war for independence was contrary to fact. But we saw and learned many interesting things. I would recommend with a caution.

Mewis, our guide, was very friendly and entertaining. However our tour was a lot more walking than talking. Also sometimes he spoke too fast so it was hard to understand what was being said. When we booked we paid so we assumed that was the charge for the tour. When we met the guide he said it was a free tour. We have been on many tours and free tours and understand the difference but never have we paid and then told it was a free tour. Supposedly what we paid was a booking fee that we have never heard of and definitely disagree with.

Unfortunately it was raining cats and dogs. The guide could not hold the group together. So a lot of information got lost.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain, it was nearly impossible to keep the group together, and we understand that some of the information might have been missed. The more informative part of the tour was planned for later, but the weather conditions made it quite challenging.
